Upon review and a vote in the government, these terms are deemed reasonable enough for the Balkans to accept. Below, is a more detailed version of the proposed terms.

1. Magnited Military forces will be allowed to station in the Balkans till the Federation decides otherwise.

2. Open trade will take place between the two nations, till one party deems otherwise.

3. Relations between the two states shall open, embassies shall be constructed in cities decided by each nation.

4. Both nations shall recognise each other as legitimate states.

5. An Non-aggression pact shall be signed, which shall last a year.

The nation submits the location of the former embassy of the Galapagos, which for obvious reasons is no longer needed. The embassy is readied, and as a gift some fine Olpenese blackberries, a staple of the nation.

The terms of the treaty areas such. There will be a mutual defense pact, SO may station troops in EN, and some low level secrecy military intelligence will be shared. This comes alongside the Libertana Class ODS Nisia, expected to be completed before years end at most.

Embassy personnel are set to arrive in one day, who will be arriving in two private airliners.

The Federation has debated and officially voted on wherever these terms should be agreed upon. It has been approved by the Federation, below contains more detailed terms for this agreement.

1. Both South Olpen and the Balkans shall agree to defend each other in the case of an attack on either nation.

2. South Olpenese Military personnel and assets may be stationed in the Balkans, providing it doesn't endanger civilian or federal property/people.

3. Small scale cooperation between South Olpenese and Balkan intelligence services are permitted, providing it doesn't endanger high-level Balkan/Olpenese data.

The topic of the Libertana Class ODS Nisia shall be decided upon later talks or agreements.

Following prior communications, the below terms are being proposed and only now need Gonswanzan signatures. Any changes can be proposed by Gonswanzan officials.

1. Balkan and Gonswanzan Militaries shall work and operate in unison, where deemed safe by both nations.

2. Balkan and Gonswanzan Militaries shall train and participate in exercises together, where deemed safe by both nations.

3. Trade of Gonswanzan and Balkan goods shall be discussed in further talks and agreements.

Urbanization and suburbanization have both skyrocketed, and it appears to have come to a culmination. A Deblarian tech company, Titan Technologies, in collaboration with the finest architects in the nation, has unveiled a plan for a super-tall skyscraper, which is estimated to top out at over 1,500 feet, which would dominate the Port Gregory skyline and make it the tallest building in Deblar.

The building will be open to both domestic and international tenants, as is scheduled to break ground in only a matter of weeks.
