Following numerous secret meetings between the nations of the Balkans, it has officially been declared that the countries shall unify into a centralised federation.

The Balkans have been heavily co-operating for decades due to Russian and Turkish aggression in the area. The answer to this questions lies in extremely secretive Staasi facility in the coldest and harshest part of Grönland- the Meretican prisoners who for all these years (OOC: how much was it- 15 or 25 years?) have been kept there, in secret even from Alexandria herself, who was very (pleasantly) surprised upon her being informed about this. These prisoners will be forced to assist multiple intelligence agencies who will jointly mount recon efforts. The DO may have some better technological cards on their hands, but do they have someone who can be forced to binge-watch CCTV footage in search of a single person? The terms of the treaty are as such. There will be a mutual defense pact, SO may station troops in EN, and some low level secrecy military intelligence will be shared. This comes alongside the Libertana Class ODS Nisia, expected to be completed before years end at most.

Oho! So, I talked it over. For military, we can simply be "buddy buddy" and act as one nation. An attack on either one of us counts as an attack on both. Our forces can even attempt to train together, participating in exercises in other regions willing to host us... While trade requests should be punched through soon. We wish to send weapons, car parts, and ore in exchange for silicon, various minerals, and if possible even aircraft or aircraft parts, whichever you deem fit. But we are open to other options instead! Now, I suppose you won't mind Peacekeepers being sent over to offer mild insight into the Gonswanzan military complex? As they are rather low-level infantry, but they have done a swell job in cutting down insurgents and criminals alike! Plus some actual infantry, of course, AR goggles and all~
