Laura Ortiz comes across a paper, referrng to Vikanian activity in Brazil. She disregards it as false information, with Operation Green Thunder set to last even longer with Peacemakers deployed in the area to further cut down on seperatist attacks. She does, however, order a recon flight over Vikanias using a Colossus. This was only ordered due to Vikanias effectively erasing (most) of their air defenses, along with eradicating the population and destroying radar stations. The sheer altitude of the craft's ceiling also meant that even if there was an interceptor, they would be unable to reach it in time, much less hold altitide for long enough to engage it.

Still, there is hopes of possibly rebuilding a certain other alternative to the Colossus, with Project Blackbook pushed into the industrial complex to ensure that Gonswanza could be at the edge of tech.

IC:
Gonswanza is beginning to appear more militarized, yet, it retains a sense of democracy. Green Thunder is rolling on, with the resistance starting to crumble away. This may finally free up Gonswanzan infantry and military resources, though it also left a question of who should rule. That question was answered by a group of Brazillian diplomats who sought to rebuild and revive the impoverished country, even as they were being held in a Gonswanzan FOB for their own safety.

IC: with really no one doing anything with Vikanias the remaining seals establish the Neo-Kaiserreich, basing it on its predecessor’s values and shying away from the dictatorships and democracy. Kaiser Loaf returns as leader of the state as his first child is born. A girl. The seals all unite in flippers and begin to reconstruct Vikanias from the ruins it holds. Finishing the Memeia Eggia and the Royal palace. And the throne, which has survived. It may take a while for the State to fully recover but it is needed.

With no one focusing on Vikanias the Oceania Government proposes to them on becoming allies and will also help them rebuild their country to its original power and glory they even promised on giving military assistance in case it is needed

Vikanias accepts this offer and offers up blueprints of the HELO project. While most of the HELO’s were destroyed the few that did survive will be quite useful.


Seal inventor Bobby has made a breakthrough in armour designs, the so called “Cilophene” armour can be compared to Borophene armour, yet is more mobile. The helmets have been implanted with a screen that shows the soldiers statistics in battle. This information is also available to squad commanders. The Army has bern alias testhbg new weaponry to disable a target instead of kill them.

The war in Meretica continues, much to the dismay of many people on both sides. However, recent events seem to be implying a Loyalist win, especially if the city of Columbus, Ohio can be captured by the Meretican Loyalists. Many Loyalists believe that the Confederacy shall be terminated as quickly as it began.

Today, Governor Collins of East Tideland welcomed the arrival of over 1,000 Marajarbian immigrants to the colony, and announced that he has spoken to President Jackson about creating an Imperial Palace to serve as the official residence of Governors and any ruler in the years to come.

OOC: The GA is not the GLA's enemy, at least not yet. Most of our large members have taken advantage of the stagnation I've caused to invade and hold nations as "GA colonies", which I honestly don't care about since I have more important things to do IRL. At the moment, the government of the Galapagos seems to support becoming a GA protectorate (correct me if I'm wrong) which I define as a nation that is allowed to do its own thing as long as it doesn't involve leaving the GA, refusing to be subject to GA law, or declaring war on another nation.

Today our hero’s the GLA has announced that they will be disbanding and will disappear into Beirut. It is over the slavers have won. Long Live the Galapagos death to the GA.

SIC: Galapagos leaders laughed in their bunkers surrounded by the Lightning Division that was left in Lebanon. This of course wasn’t true and this was merely a ploy to get the slavers to leave earlier so that they can assume power and finally restore the Galapagos to its former glory and completely disregard the peace treaty.

In a rather shocking announcement, President Benjamin Fowler delivered a public address after a behind-closed-doors meeting with the cabinet, declaring "(his) opposition to the Galapagosian occupation plan as it currently stands." He went on to say "The imperialist rhetoric used by Southeast Marajarbia, as well as the counter-democratic methods of maintaining order used by many other occupiers go against what the GA was, or should've been, setting out to do: establishing a free, fair, and democratic society in the Galapagos. What this has turned into is the creation of a hypocritical, corrupt society that only aims to keep GA hegemony over the Galapagos for as long as possible." Fowler then went on to recommend "considerable changes" be made to the current plan for the future of the Galapagos "so a true democracy can be established instead of the GA subservient and oligarchical puppet state".

While the ICDN joining the GA must happen in order for President Fowler's wishes to come true, the plan for the Galapagos is only in place until the handover is official and the GLA is confirmed to be gone, or until ICDN joins GA and the handover happens, so that ICDN members can handle these matters."

The Meretican Loyalists announce a resounding victory after killing Chancellor Damask of the Confederacy. Many other Confederate political leaders have been taken out, leaving General Ulmadolci as the Confederate leader. He has been cornered in Sicily and is expected to surrender soon. However, several public officials and every member of the Noble Houses have openly committed treason against Meretica. President Wilmington has this to say.

Citizens of Meretica, on this day we mark a transition. For thousands of years, Meretica stood as a crowning achievement of civilized beings. But some would set us against one another, and we took up arms to defend our way of life against the Confederates. In so doing, we never suspected that the greatest threat came from within. The Houses, and some within our own Senate, had conspired to create the shadow of Confederacy using one of their own as the enemy's leader. They had hoped to grind the Loyalists into ruin. But the hatred in their hearts could not be hidden forever. At last, there came a day when our enemies showed their true natures.

The Houses hoped to unleash their destructive power against the Loyalists by assassinating Pope Darius, King Benedict, and me and usurping control of the Loyalist army. But the aims of would-be tyrants were valiantly opposed by those without elitist, dangerous powers. Our loyal troopers contained the insurrection within the Houses and quelled uprisings in every state, but we lost our beloved King and holy Pope.

The remaining nobles will be hunted down and defeated! Any collaborators will suffer the same fate. These have been trying times, but we have passed the test. The attempt on my life has left me internally scarred, but I assure you my resolve has never been stronger. The war is over. The Confederates have been defeated, and the aristocratic rebellion has been foiled. We stand on the threshold of a new beginning. By bringing the entire nation under one law, one language, and the enlightened guidance of one individual, the corruption that plagued the Senate in its later years will never take root. Regional governors will eliminate the bureaucracy that allowed the Confederate movement to grow unchecked. A strong and growing military will ensure the rule of law.

Under the Empire's New Order, our most cherished beliefs will be safeguarded. We will defend our ideals by force of arms. We will give no ground to our enemies and will stand together against attacks from within or without. Let the enemies of the Empire take heed: those who challenge Imperial resolve will be crushed.

The troopers, now proudly wearing the name of Imperial Soldiers, have tackled the dangerous work of fighting our enemies on the front lines. Many have died in their devotion to the Empire. Imperial citizens would do well to remember their example. The New Order of peace has triumphed over the shadowy secrecy of shameful magicians. The direction of our course is clear. I will lead the Empire to glories beyond imagining. We have been tested, but we have emerged stronger. We move forward as one people: the Imperial citizens of the Empire. We will prevail. Ten thousand years of peace begins today.

Wilmington's speech is received quite well across all of Meretica, and she is unanimously elected the first Empress of the Empire. On the outside, Meretican democracy remains in place, but many barriers, loopholes, and mounds of red tape are removed from the political process. Loyalists are to be rewarded; Confederates will be severely punished during Reconstruction.

ISC: The Dragonheart Order has successfully seized control of the Senate and Meretica at large. The populace has been fooled into believing that the new government is more stable and effective than the previous one. Lady Cyr is now searching for a new Lieutenant to replace Lord Feil.

SIC:

Project Blackbook is effectively an attempt to rebuild and reengineer the SR-71. It has succeeded given the last SR-71s still sitting around had their parts copied, along with the Boeing Bird of Prey concept aircraft, the D-21 drone and some documents on the A-12 Avenger. With this trove of information, Gonswanza is on the fast track for reviving old and dead aircraft, modernized for the new age with intent to prepare for a new and horrifying world.

Plans for a halloween ball are coming together at last! Though it is still questioned by many, with a blatant cancellation on the horizon. Laura saves face, pushing it for christmas instead... On December 23rd to the 26th, covering both her birthday and the holiday. She'd be turning 24 this year. Yay.

Lady Cyr selects Lord Chrysthum as her new Lieutenant. Chrysthum is a former noble that opted to be loyal to the Empress; he personally killed seventeen nobles in various raids, as well as three Heads of Houses when they confronted Lady Cyr. Chrysthum also serves in the Senate, helping to ensure that the Order is successful in its takeover of Meretican politics.

SIC:

Peacekeepers are spotted in Mexico and Argentina, hunting down the last of Gonswanza's parties and opposition. Usually conducting quick no-knock raids, their tactics ensure that nobody is left alive... Usually. However, reports of these paramilitary operations have begun to surface, only to be denied by both Gonswanza and the nations that they occur in. Beyond that, some fleeing "refugees" of the Grey and Free party are seeking out assistance from other countries to harbor them, while Laura attempts to keep them from running by mercilessly ordering their deaths under the table. Even Outkasts are attempting to hide, using Cuba as one such safe haven before attempting to move for the states.

IC:
Reports of UFOs in Gonswanzan airspace intensify, noting the flight of strange triangular objects. Laura Ortiz counters these claims, noting that legalized recreational drugs are prone to causing hallucinations. Hence, they are easily written off as such.

As that is going down, Blackbird crews are already en route to Viaknias to gather information from high above, traveling too fast and too high to be successfully intercepted. They are quick to note movement on the ground, including efforts to rebuild. This information is later relayed back to Gonswanza, which only drives Laura to contact Meretica, or attempt to, just to warn them that a second strike from Vikanias may be possible.

SIC:
Laura secretly wishes to see Meretica strike first, giving an excuse to throw Gonswanzans back into Vikanias, but this time, to actively play a part in the first wave prior to occupying them, since they clearly cannot be trusted to stay dead, much less pacified.

[Meretica]

The Empire proclaims that Loyalists will see significant tax cuts provided to them while Confederates will host a large share of the burdens of the war and other issues. "The traitors shall be punished most severely," the Empress says.

ISC: The few remaining nobles go into hiding. The House of Organa changes its name to Harrington and go into hiding in the Galapagos as immigrants. There are only three members of this family left, a servant named Soka and the twin grandchildren of Albus Organa, James and Jaiden.

The Islamic Federal Republic Of Magnited has been formed after the Kingmen Colony was granted independence from the Kingmen Empire, today The Kingmen Empire has officially been disbanded and the only colony that they kept was Neo King Isle as they are economically dependent on it.

After getting ahold of HELOs blueprints and before they could be manufactured in Oceania plants they underwent some modifications the metal used to armor it is replace with the TU-556-1 giving it even superior protection and even becoming indestructible and another model was made stripping of its transport capabilities and installing a 30mm Autocannon on the right side and installing either 75mm or 76mm Gun taken from Sherman Tanks on left side and external hard points were added to allow rockets, missiles and rocket pods to be installed, the AI was improved by adding flight data from high-ranking aces and 2 Seabee robots are added to repair any damages to aircraft these HELO model is designated as HELO-RA the RA standing for Re-Armored basically a regular HELO but the material used to make it is differ t and HELO-GA the GA standing for Ground Attack basically a HELO designed to be a ground attacker
