But, in the north in DecaJamu protesters against a dictatorship turn violent as Government troops fire and protesters fire back. This comes as a shock in the state of southern India. Within days government forces have lost msot major cities but a rift in rebels treatens its self. The IIS licks its wounds preparing for a new war. SI is on the bring of a communist revolution against the conservative democratic government. How will this new push for civil war effect the region? Now the international community reacts
