No, decreasing the yield does not mean that the devastated territory will be 1/4th of France

IC: Its the 2030’s. The Jamesian Republic and its fellow nations have seen radical and even fantastical changes. The 2020s alone saw the creation of a portal to the multiverse, robotic sapience and the following struggle for robotic civil rights, the discovery that humanity is not alone in the universe and the establishment of intergalactic relations with many different alien races. The reversal of global warming and climate change, a new clean and infinitely renewable energy source and fuel. These changes have resulted in:

Relationships with the Earth timeline
The Robotic Civil Rights Movement
Intergalactic immigration from all over the galaxy to Gaia
New technology including hover cars
Space Travel

The 2030s are certain to be a decade of even more changes as well.

OOC: After 53 months , the first President of the newly proclaimed Astrakhan Republic - Joseph Oonagh ; is assasinated near Khartoum.

South Olpen has recently the newest version of the Oppenheimers Legacy weapons. This weapon is 2.5 GT and is too be tested in deep space. The bomb is detonated about half way too the moon, if it was at that location. The test was a success, and confident with the success, the government begins construction on a 5 GT bomb. Perhaps even more importantly than the test, the nation takes this opportunity to announce to the world that the bomb is being built. With this though, anti espionage security is increased ten fold, with leaving the construction sit, meeting with people outside of the project, attempting to access the main internet (it has a special network where you can consume anything but not interact), or having a radio all being grounds for termination (firing, not killing). Also, only people who lived in SO for their entire lives are allowed.

Recently South Olpen has been annexed to the USSR to form the Autonomous Socialist Republic of Olpen. South Olpen was located near Georgia , on the foothills of the Caucasus mountains. Most Olpen tribals have migrated to the Tuvan Oblast in the Southern part of USSR.

Wha-what? That could be auto correct but not only is that god modding to the highest degree, in my lore the USSR was dissolved, and I'm in the South Atlantic. Now, I believe its a joke that the two areas have the same name, but I'm confused.
