The reversal of global warming and climate change, a new clean and infinitely renewable energy source and fuel. These changes have resulted in:

South Olpen has recently the newest version of the Oppenheimers Legacy weapons. This weapon is 2.5 GT and is too be tested in deep space. The bomb is detonated about half way too the moon, if it was at that location. The test was a success, and confident with the success, the government begins construction on a 5 GT bomb. Perhaps even more importantly than the test, the nation takes this opportunity to announce to the world that the bomb is being built. With this though, anti espionage security is increased ten fold, with leaving the construction sit, meeting with people outside of the project, attempting to access the main internet (it has a special network where you can consume anything but not interact), or having a radio all being grounds for termination (firing, not killing). Also, only people who lived in SO for their entire lives are allowed.
