Planes are packed full of people in an attempt to get as many people away as possible; empty planes arrive from other cities to assist Meretica. The Six Nations declare TOEA a terrorist organization and declare a united War on Terrorism. At least 45 million are dead with estimates of at least 80 million more projected dead as a result of the nuclear fallout. The Meretican now consists solely of the Empress, Albus Organa (an ambassador), Dawn Wilson (another ambassador), and Astoria Holloway (Head of the House of Holloway and a governor). Meretica makes use of its contingency plans and the Empress takes on the role of Supreme Leader with Organa and Wilson resigning from their posts to become Military Senators. Holloway is named National Governor. General Hopkins comes out of retirement for the fifth time this year and becomes Supreme Leader of the Six Nation's Armed Forces.
