An envelope reaches all your tables with a red wax seal of a dragon keeping it closed. The paper feels rough in your fingers and if you are to open it, you would find a letter inside saying:
"To your most esteemed nation
The king of Maregnum, King Michael, wishes to invite you to his country and to his palace to discuss matters of political opportunities. As you may well know the country has recently been liberated by the Kings most glorious forces from a tyrannical government and would like to set up allies, open up trade and to hear out the advice of any other country of how the country should be run.
The date for the meeting will be at 12th of May 2009 where you will arrive at the Maregnum International Airport before taken by car to the palace. Those wishing to bring their own transport must send a letter back as soon as possible so that we may prepare for your coming. An informal party will be first on the agenda before you will be taking to a private conference room to discuss political matters. Lodging and food will be available for all participants.
The country has recently been through much turmoil and it is advised to bring a personal guard though the king himself is confidence nothing will go wrong during the event and assures the that royal guard will be keeping a vigilant eye. Your safety will be on the upmost importance.
If you wish to participate, send a letter back to the return address within the letter along with any requirements necessary. The king will be eager to hear your reply.

If you are to find more information on the country using the local news and intelligence channels, you find that the country was once run by a corporate state that imposed strict rules in order to protect its populace. Prince Michael voiced his disapproval of the government, proclaiming that "its strict control of civil rights is not in the people's interest." The prince is popular amongst the people and became a threat to the ruling government. When the prince was ordered with an arrest and tried for death, he boldly opened a declaration of war against the Mareregnum government and with his royal guard, started a guerrilla war. Winning hearts and minds of his people, the war came to an end 10 years later with the now King Michael taking the throne. The socially minded king and its people are openly against corporatism and though the economy has suffered, civil rights are on the increase.
