In Kirkuk? It's not a winter we would recognize as such, but what you call a rainy season is relatively cold (January Daily Mean of 9°C, compared to July's 35°C) and has moderate rainfall (361 mm of percipitation, nearly all of which falls between December and March).

(For comparison, 944mm of percipitation fall in Munich. In exchange, it's also a lot colder there. ; ))
