The Nationalist refuse to accept nuclear weapons of any kind, as they feel it would further destabilize the conflict. However they do accept the rest of the aid. Crown Prince Leon thanks his fellow monarchs for their help and support in restoring his land. Currently, peace talks are uncertain since all sides fear their leaders may be assassinated by the other sides at a summit. However all sides are open to the idea of a virtual summit. The Royalist and Rebel are considering an alliance, which would make Tztazikistan a constitutional monarchy should they win. The Rebel-controlled port of Laryia will welcome the Arktakh navy ships when they arrive.

The Rebel Government is glad to be recognized and will use the financial aid sent to help those affected by the conflict.

10 IL-76 cargo aircraft are loaded with various equipment pieces including 20 trucks and 5 tanks and roughly 1000 troops these will be deployed to defend nationalist oil fields in return for 4% of the oil taken from the land.

Arktakh announces 15 SU-30 aircraft will leave for Arktakh at 9am May 15th along with an additional 2 IL-76 cargo aircraft carrying various support pieces for the SU-30s will also be sent sometime on May 15th

The Nationalists agree with the deal and will be expecting the weapons.

The Republic of New Mordka offer it's support to the Regime Remnants of the nation's fallen dictator. Troops and supplies are being sent to Remnant territory in the hope of reinforcing their military to give the Remnants a chance to restore the legitimate government of Tztazikistan, also a navel blockade is being set up to make it harder for enemy reinforcements to arrive.

It announces it will send 20,000 infantry and 1,000 armored vehicles to assist them in the war. Alongside this is a naval strike group consisting of a carrier, battleship, two destroyers and 4 patrol boats. There are also 150 aircraft being sent as well. Food and supplies such as medicine will be sent to aid the country. The Emperor says in a speech that “We will assist the rightful heir to the throne, and when he is restored we will end the line tyrannical dictatorships, and reform it into a republic.”

Arktakh announces the new airbase to be opened in the country by May 30th will be open to all aircraft on the nationalist side including anyone who is allied with them. Runway length will be increased from previous plans to accommodate any allied aircraft. Arktakh hopes this base can serve as a massive aid distribution center once fully operational. Arktakh is beginning to look into what military equipment can be sent directly to nationalist forces a list of equipment will likely be presented sometime tomorrow.

It is our belief that their claimancies are fully legitimate and must be considered in this delicate situation. Arktakh states it is open to be the host for the first meeting online of leaders if they should choose to accept. Citing its role as a small power which will not rip the nation off for more than it can pay instead stating all it wants is the original 4% of drilled oil and a permanent airbase with 10-15 aircraft and 400-500 troops at said base

Arktakh clarified that the Generals would no longer be present at any planned meeting as they are viewed as totally illegitimate war criminals.

I hope this letter finds you well and your day is prosperous. You are no doubt aware of the situation within the Tzatzistan nation and the potential trouble... and opportunities it has presented nations such as ours whom have no shed its more elegant and sophisticated social order and structure for the chaos that is anything but our own. I am quite aware that you and your nation has pledged a generous level of support for the royalist faction currently vying for control of the country. I have pledged minimal support as a means of introducing agents to gather intelligence on the other factions within the conflict.

Now to get more to the point of the matter. There are others whom are seeking to curry favor with the royalists and have been far more forthcoming with their overt support and have been more then willing to commit troops and material to the cause. While I'm more then content to let those minor lords throw their troops to the wolves I also an equally not content to let their sacrifice upend the favor I and most likely yourself are trying to stockpile. The potential for trade and resources are to great to simply let them pass up by.

So here is my proposal:

[*]We establish an official combined Royalist force that will provide direct military assistance to the Royalist forces
[*]We also created a clandestine force that will receive weapons and materials from other nations who are supporting non-aligned factions and begin false flag operations to destabilize faction cohesion. Arktakh MOD announces ammunition depot destroyed
An ammunition depot held by the generals was struck by 3 Kalibr cruise missiles (4 launched 1 failed). Arktakh stated this attack was conducted on a storage area for Chemical weapons and barrel bombs used by the generals. Damage to the depot is unknown though Arktakhi MOD states drone footage looks promising. Arktakh did not state what fired the missiles (likely a Kilo class submarine from stand-off range). Arktakh stated they attempted to make sure casualties were light suspecting no more than 5-10 enemies were killed. Arktakh stated destruction of weapons stockpiles like this is important, despite the reported chemical weapons not being confirmed by Arktakh yet.

Following talks of a potential alliance between Royalists and Rebels, Exarchos Nicodemus has called Crown Prince Leon and has communicated to him the Absentine willingness to support a united front in order to bring down the regime, he also informs him that he has dispatched shipments of weapons and supplies from the Free Port of Zardena and following along closely behind them is Task Force 205 , dispatched by Grand Admiral Larzonas Galenius of Southern Naval Command of Absentius.

The Naval force consists of 2 destroyers, 3 cruisers, 2 landing ships and 3 troopships with a professional mercenary band of 3,300 troops of the King Crow mercenary company. they are joined by 4 civilian ships which are disguised as vessels carrying humanitarian aid, they contain weapons and supplies for the resistance, 300 trucks load of ammunition and guns, including rifles, handguns, machine guns, grenades, anti-tank weaponry and Armoured personnel carriers, these are currently stored in containers and are being shipped with the convoy, in order to secure the route to the Tzatzikistani coastline, a submarine squadron has been dispatched ahead of the fleet to scout possible enemy naval movements and a possible fast route towards our beleaguered allies, this convoy should arrive tomorrow to help out in the conflict, air support is currently being considered by Absentine High Command but might cause an international incident, updates to allies will continue.
