History: The Falthonian Commune, 40 years after its independence from the Soviet Union, is under unrest after the leader of the nation, Wanth Grissford removes the freedom of speech and declares martial law because of increasing separatist influence in the nation. The nation, leaning into democracy, is at the brink of collapse. It is still unknown whether what Falthonia will be in the future.

To answer your sdcond question, yes pretty much all of Eaatern Europe is claimed either by Osteuropa or Livonia.

Just Crimea since it’s also in Ukraine, otherwise it’s all good and clear! If you’re fine with that area, then you’re accepted!

Alright, debating now but I still might go with what I had decided before, today may be the last day before the IC is opened: thus, after that, this means it is the last week before the OOC apps are closed. Please do apply whenever you can, I’m hoping to see if others would like to enter in before things start up in full swing.
