Despite war with the MDF being near, since these will probably not see much active use, your can buy some used models or place an order with the Japan Steel Works for brand new ones.
Japan could also accept a trade instead of cash; since it could use Chromium and Manganese which Rhodesia is rich in. These metals would be quickly used as Japan will soon start ramping up production ahead of the planned war with the MDF.
Deal, but there is a MASF fleet causing me irritation.
Okay, just make your offer in the IC and Japan will accept. The war is a few months away at least, so if need be, Japan can either send them by plane or have them escorted by the IJN.
For used models, Japan would like the equivalent of 1.2 million USD apiece and for new models, 1.7 million USD. Japan is willing to sell 50 of its used M110s and anything else will have to be new.
If trading in metals, Japan could offer 1 used M110 for 275 tons of Chromium, or 1 used M110 for 1,100 tons of Manganese. We could also do a combination of cash and metals.
Japan just needs more raw resources as it will soon begin a new round of production for its Type 74s, AAVs, some new ships, and more aircraft as well as missiles ahead of war.
