Unstability creates chaos, chaos causes disruption, and the law comes to intervene. In the crossfire, buissnes will be inevitably destroyed in the midst of this chaos, jobs will be lost- lost jobs create anger, and anger fuels the fire that is unstability and chaos. Enter the state owned companies, not only do they offer jobs, they also offer more law, so they can more effectively counter the chaos. Chaos dies, the companies gets a nice slice of profit, and the jobs lost in the chaos are replaced with the ones from the company's assets, and will eventually recover- Everyone's happy here.
