The atmosphere in Yellowknife was intense. The two delegates of South Yukon, Adam Smith and Louis Granille were both waiting for the people to arrive. They intensely hated SM and their ay who attacked them when they had no army. Thus they resolved not to accept deals from SM and their one allies, but from everyone else, including Ali.

Ali arrived, staring daggers at everyone before sitting down. He was the most skilled negotiator of the IHS.

Delegate Ming strolls into the building. He looks around, unsure of whose side to take. He knows New Jacobland is imperialist, and wants to advance interests around the globe.

"Hello. I am Ming, the delegate from New Jacobland"

by Chuying
The most renowned diplomat of Chuying and representative in the ICDN, Margaret Yeung arrived to the location of the peace talks, and she was worried as it seemed like endless conflict was inevitable among the countries involved. Yeung knew that as a member of the Security Council of the ICDN, she had to make sure that war did not become a reality.

Although Chuying did not get involved in the conflict, the rift between the ICDN and IDSF was partially caused by it and the actions of Southeast Marjarbia; Yeung was concerned that if a conflict erupted again, Chuying could be forced to stop economic activity with Southeast Marjarbia or face condemnation from other countries due to the war crimes committed against Yukon. But she would take a neutral position, and hopes that none of the diplomats are aware of the secret trade and diplomatic talks ongoing between Chuying and Southeast Marjarbia, maintaining discretion was key to ensuring they could maintain their impartiality. She tried to avoid meeting the eyes of the Yukons representatives, lest they see her thoughts written across her face.

"Good evening, to all the honourable representatives present here."

Anni, stood up to the front and said slowly and quietly “ I would like to represent that the reasons that we attacked you in because of Under ISDF pressure and the lack of maturity in the military generals, they approved bombing rather quickly without thinking the consequences in such approvals “

Yes, as SM was a ISDF defendant as shown as his strongly Determined Denial of Wrong doing in the paces talks.

"So you have high-ranking military officers willing to commit war crimes against civilians? That sound like an awfully dangerous thing to do, and I urge you to punish these generals. However, it still doesn't excuse the fact that your nation bombed these civilians. Your leaders must have had at least some authority to overrule the generals' decision, but that did not happen. Why?"

"Welcome miss Yeung. Now, I do think that the meeting should begin." said Louis. "I believe that South Yukon should get an apology and the promise to pay debts caused by their destructive actions by Mystery Realms and SM. I also believe that South Yukon should remain a independent republic separate from all ties to Alberta."
"That is not my view, nor of all Yukonese though. I do believe that we could reach a compromise."

"I support the independence of South Yukon. However I am concerned over New South Yukon joining South Yukon. This could lead to a major territorial dispute between SY and British Alberta, which would only harm the fledgling nation. That issue must be resolved before any talk of South Yukon independence."

"I am not sure why this is a problem. They willingly joined us, unlike the brutes from Alberta." Louis said. Alexander elbowed him.
"Shut up." He smiled at the delegates. "I do not understand why this is a problem as it was democratically chosen to enter."

"It was democratically elected, however I see the international community simply allowing independence based off a referendum sets a dangerous precedent. Imagine if your nation had a territory, which was key to your, say, mining industry. They have an election to leave, and then, they're out. No deal with the government, not even asking the government! We, as the international community, need to not shoot ourselves in the foot by supporting secessionism."

Yes as we do believe that we should overhaul our general system as these bad generals were expected 20 years ago and their isn’t an election since then. The Generals, after causing so much havoc are serving 10 years of prison under War Crimes and Bribery, as later found. Also at the time of the decision, authorities were not paying attention as a recent leak of our top biological agent cause 10,000 infections and all deaths as they were trying to contain it.

"Of course we can allow secession provided they have negotiated and made a treaty with the government, but not based off of a (non-government) referendum that may be corrupt. Government sanctioned referendums are fine, not civilian organised ones."

Surely you would have at least one high-ranking official overviewing a freaking, sorry, war. Minister for Defence, maybe, or their deputy, or the Leader, or his deputy. At least someone must've been organising the war.
