More improvements to the military such as the creation of the Kiev Tank(T-90 with technological improvements such as faster speed, faster reload speed, and stronger armor) and the new Crimea-class Submarine that are now being mass-produced for preparation for a future conflict.

These technology will also be shared with the IHS and allies.
