Perhaps you should continue on first. If Polska falls into inactivity and dies, then we make a 3.0 thread.

That is what i was suggesting. Also, 3.0? I thought that this was the confederation's first incarnation, making the next one 2.0.

The original one was by our founder, who went inactive. This is mark 2. Next will be 3rd.

Also, I think that if Polska falls, I'll be the oldest member of the CSS here (daunting).

I TGed Polska. No reply. His last visit was yesterday though, so he isn't inactive.

I'll wait a couple more days, then we can plan.

This is what we should do:

Commissar of Economics: Derpeda Figure out how much $$$ we have.
Commissar of Alliance Affairs: Advancement of Man Tell any other alliances/countries out of the CSS that we are reforming.
Commissar of Unity: Phing Phong Figure out all active members of the CSS and tell them that we are reforming.
Commissar of Propaganda and Subversion: Hakhlallah ????
Commissar of Defense: Derpenda Create the new military roster
Commissar of Government: North Orus Create the new Congress and Home Page

Sorry for inactivity. Schools been crazy, and I'm currently sick with a soar throat and fever. Also, I like the merger ideas. We may have a ton of members but some are inactive. So, yeah, we need some Purges. I'll create a new thread with a Purged members list. That'll be our official list. I'll write up a base temporary constitution which we can debate. Don't expect this to be done immediately, because we got so many members. It'll be up.

I still have the document I saved on our original military strength and commitments, I can remove those who are inactive and that can be our total for now.

As for our financial situation, we'll need to start either asking for a membership fee or taking donations to the alliance by it's members.

I think it would be cool to maybe a red star or an old SSR emblem and replace the soviet writing with 'Confederation of Socialist States. Think that would be possible?
