The Steel Pact won't be a problem anymore. Heck, we could absorb the Serevoskaya Pact.
^Note: The Confederation of Socialist States does not have any Expansionist Plans.
Edit: Since the news seems to be on the Steel Pact, I checked their members list: Only 23. However, the Fascists and Monarchists are well organized militarily.
As Chairman of the Commissariats, I will add Delegate to the Supreme Soviet to the Application. Also, I will Mass TG everyone to give the name of their Delegate to the Supreme Soviet. After that, the 1st Official Congress of the Peoples' Supreme Soviet of the Confederation of Socialist States will begin.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that position....
I think we should make a seperate Commissariat for that and keep the Commissariat of the Defense, if thats what your implying. I'll add it tommorow.
And also, Populi Vox has declared war on the Steel Pact. CSS members, should we help intervene on PV's behalf?
