Belka was a powerful state in Strangereal renowned for their air force, it lost its former province of Ustio during an economic crisis and was forced to wage war against it due to the discovery of rich resources, the Osean Federation, Sapim, Ustio and Yuktobania proceeded to gang up on Belka, Belka lost the first war but not before detonating nuclear bombs on their own soil to prevent the victors from partitioning the country.
