Even though the peace deal has been concluded, Dragons were never on any side. They were just scouting. Suddenly a massive wave of over 400 dragons, all having rings enchanted by Darkstalker to grant them inpenetrable scales are no moving on the closest group of people they see. They just happens to be a city in Southern Sapim

The dragons flew in, killing thousands of civilians. They burned down house and started a massive fire that a day later will destroy the entire city. Over 24,000 civilians were killed, 32,000 were kidnapped, 53,000 wounded and over 300k missing

I suggest that Sapim shall be partitioned between the Kingdom of Sapim and the Republic of Sapim.
Each sides' territory will be what they've conquered.

Well, it won't be very equal though. The East and West would have roughly equal land. Also, shouldn't Sapim be a unified state? (So we make 2 provinces.) Thirdly, what if the Kingdom wants the capital? Forgive me if I'm rude, I just want to make sure.
