The illusions exploded in an epic display of color and for a departing gift a giant smoke grenade detonated covering the entire area in smoke. “Gaia Akbar! Allah Akbar! Aradia Akbar. Democracy Akbar” The general screamed into a microphone before the ship warped back to Gaia. The news of this came to Gaia. Guang’s head was spinning at the thought of what just happened. Out of nowhere from the North Soldiers riding grizzly bears with laser beams on their heads came riding in to the The Seniat Anthem. Instead of being about communism it was about democracy.

The sewers were not a hospitable place for the mujahideen ad-deen. The stench was greatly offence to the remaining fighters, and the labyrinthine network of tunnels made navigation difficult, if not outright impossible. They knew they couldn’t remain there for long, but night was soon upon them, and out into a dark alley did they emerge. They knew not where they were now, but were completely aware of the dangers they faced in such a strange environment.

In hushed Arabic voices, the lamia - of whom most were the spear-wielding variety with a minority of archers and swordswomen - stealthily slithered through the backalleys and dark steers. Of those rare few witnesses encountered, mostly homeless or lone men squabbling in the nighttime streets, none survived the quick and deadly attack of the Faithful. There wasn’t time to flurry, a slice or stab sufficed. Within half an hour, they had reached the outskirts of Ostuni, slinking away back into the countryside under the cover of night.

In the morning, a series of murders would be discovered in the backstreets of downtown Ostuni, but their perpetrators would have long since gone.

The police were thoroughly confused by the murders. The analysis said they were stabbed, but the weird thing was, it concluded it was done by a spear rather than a knife.
But they analysis was surely wrong. What sane person goes around with a spear?

They immediately send a letter to Langenia suggesting the Maghrebis surrender to Langenia and allow Iberia to be its own state, but that the Maghrebis get to keep everything from the city of Granada south.

There were rumors that Muslim nations on the Occidental Sea which parallels geographically to the Mediterranean will attempt to attack. “Shiwan will remain neutral if we have to be like Schweizland or Sverige so be it.” He declared to no one.
