I get the damage to the economy, maybe even the secession movements as it would make the Insaanistani state appear weak and other oppressed minorities could see, that there time has come, but what I don't get is this: If Italy and Spain leave, in whichever form the following peace agreement would take, how would that make either country a base for terrorism in Insaanistan? If anything, it would reduce the amounts of terrorists Insaanistan would have to fight, reduce the area they would have to do so and free up resources (whichever will be remaining, that is).

Losing land to Christians/White people who have attacked civilians, killed a Muslim guy and set the capital on fire and are burning mosques is definitely gonna make my people support terrorism more.
