There will have to be reparations to Italy, Spain and Portugal as well as repatriation of settlers IMO.

Plus, the caliphate would still like the benefits listed in the demands. That being extraterritoriality, right to settle, etc.

You could probably take the original "demands" as the end-all to scare Insaanistan into submission, but the endstate has to be a lot less harsh tbh. Independent Italiy, Iberia and DMZ Gibraltar + indemnities, reparations and repatriations sound less severe than "you literally can't make decisions without our sayso from no one" lol

As such, it the moral imperative given to Alsesia by the Constitution, Rander Declaration, and Zenolapolus to declare:

The Italian People shall, without delay, be given the right to establish a sovereign democratic nation occupying the entirety of the Italian Peninsula.

The Italian Nation shall, upon achieving its independence, be supervised in accordance with the Trusteeship Principles of the International Union.

The moment most people are in the preparation stage, with a few having engaged in combat within Italy itself against Insaani or Maoist forces. I think you can either declare war, or commit to war aid stuff, whatever suits your fancy. The ‘Coalition’ hasn’t formally been ratified yet AFAIK.

Though I will limit myself to militarily relevant targets - radars, SAM and AShM sites, air fields, barracks, troop concentrations, command posts, power plants, substations, bridges, such things. I would like to avoid civilian losses as far as possible and viable (for example, if someone uses human shields to guard a strategically relevant radar, then... well...).
