These words, engraved in Kazakahian script, mark the halls of the Bazha Fortress in Calhan. Prompted by a possible war between allies, Emperor Amadeus III and the Foreign Affairs Ministry have organized a peace conference between Romextly and Insaanistan. He hopes to soothe rising tensions over the fate of debated territory.

At the conference is Mahmud Abu Jamal himself. He left Muhammad Abu Jamal in charge in his absence, as Mahmud is the most senior military official. With him is foreign minister Marco Altafini.
