Princess Nura’s Ascension to the Throne [IC/READ OP]

When the Electa Auraroe reached the Coronation Hall she would give her escort a nod to thank them for helping her. The woman would take a few steps forward until she placed her right foot on the first step. She would give a bow and extend her left hand out to her side.

"It's an honour to meet you, Sultana Nura." The woman would move up as she placed her stretch her back to her side. "I am Alexandria, Electa Auraroe of Airceltria. We have chosen to break away from our usual policy of isolation in hopes of establishing better relations between our two states."

"My nation is mostly mountainous with some flat areas with eventually the further you move away from the mountains you either find steppes, hills, and great plains or a desert. The mountains have protected us well from past invasions and ensure that our most sacred traditions have endured even in modern times."

She would let the bottom part of the staff drag against the ground as she walked. "But while I'm willing to maintain our old tradition I believe as a society we should still strive towards progress. To adapt to the modern world whether it be with technology or by ideals, but without sacrificing too much who we are just to stay relevant."

She would left up her staff and hold it in such a way to prevent any half from dragging on the ground. "For my position political and spiritual matters are one and the same. My state practices a dual system in which we have both a secular and spiritual administrations working side by side. Each ones acting as partners but still are separate entities, with myself acting as the bridge between the two as I represent the ultimate secular and spiritual authority of my country. As for my nation's religion we call it the Old Faith, but most people from outside call it Maleficism."
