The tech level is 2021 modern military tech no nukes but non nuclear missiles are allowed. you can put in maps for battles and add how mnay troops will be comminted.

OP has not specified whether it is RP of NS nations (II or NS forums) or roleplaying as RL, current or historical, nations/empires (P2TM forum). So, that would not be your judgement call to make.
