the Panama Canal is under the temporary occupation of the Confederate Merchant and Exploration League. As such, all approaching vessels must meet up with the Saretov before being given clearance to proceed to the remainders of the Canal. It is to be noted that the Canal is in a poor state and needs repairs before it can be used en masse. A team has been dispatched to repair the Canal and bring it fully operational.
