The Confederate government has announced plans to build the world's largest airport in Atlanta. This airport shall allow more people than ever before to come to Stephaniesland. Alongside the airport, a great number of hotels shall be built for all social classes. All in all, this will create thousands of jobs and turn Atlanta into a tourist hub, bringing in great revenue to the country.

An Exploration Team...

The news of the unknown message intercepted by the military has reached the Emperor, Makani.
With more knowledge about the source, we can confirm that the message came from the north - west of the capital
city, towards the continental United States, or whatever could be left of it. The Emperor seems more
concerned, and in general excited about the message than the military, and has quickly planned an
exploration group to head out in search of the origin.

The exploration team will consist of:
- 10 Destroyers
- 2 battlecruisers
- 1 specialized Helicopter carrier ship (A unique, Polynesian designed ship)

Though this might seem threatening to any civilisations which spot the task group, if any civilisations continue
to exist apart from the glorious Polynesia, we are not sure as to what could be lurking within the great oceans
of which do not fall under Polynesian jurisdiction. For all we know, there might be more pirates than ever
before in the seas. Also, the old Panama canal has most likely fallen into disrepair, so to travel directly towards
where we believe was the origin point of the unknown message, we must travel past Tierra del Fuego, the most
southern point of South America.

In other news, the construction of the port of Pitcairn is going smoothly. The island, as small as it is
has made it necessary to extend the port further out into the ocean than what would perhaps be recommended,
we must reiterate that the underwater mountain of which the island is seated on provides lake like depths instead
of standard Vasa Tele, or Pacific ocean depths. The development of Rapa Noi is slow, but is seeing great progress
also.

The Chancellor has authorised a naval exploration mission to seek out any civilisations that may be bordering the Caribbean Sea and make contact with them. They have also been authorised to assess the state of the Panama Canal and, if still functioning, to establish a communication outpost for future teams to come and take control of it.

Her Gracious Cheiftess, Malie Lea'ai has announced to all South Polynesians that she had got a message by the home island's military, that has come from the Exploration fleet! They have firstly passed the the most Southern tip of South America, Tierra Del Fuego a week ago. No signs of permeant civilization has been spotted there.
Where there has, however is Brazil! It didn't take long for our exploration fleet to reach the most southern point of the old country of Brazil, and it seems that a new civilisation has sprung up there. The Exploration fleet can't tell how big the discovered nation is yet. As the main bulk of our fleet continues up the Atlantic ocean towards the pinpointed location of the unknown message, two destroyers have requested the unknown, newly discovered civilisation if they'd permit them entry to dock in the port of Porto Alegre from the unknown nation.

So, an unknown nation, with two destroyers request permission to dock in one of you most southern ports (In Character). Basically, in my nation's canon, we don't know that Southern Xenick exists currently, and wishes to find out what this 'Unknown' nation is.

We dis advise the trade regulations, as it could hamper the economies and slow trade. Our education systesm are excellent, and quality products are easily found in Southern Xenick.

One proposes that the limit for time in their field go down to 2, as that would increase trade. Standardization in products for factories, refineries, woodmills and retail assure no deviation from quality goods, reinforcing my reasons to loosen restrictions.

A patrol boat with 6 men in a camo suits and a mounted machine gun speeds towards the destroyers. The message Identify yourself! is sent through radio. ANothrer message: "come no further until we accept the request" is also sent to radio. The men are wary, as these are large ships and we dont know anything about them, so be warned; they are liable to attack if they become threatened.

After an analysis of your education system, we have come to the conclusion that it is very impressive, but still lacking in some areas. As such, we have decided to grant recognition of undergraduate qualifications, but require 2 years experience for post-grad qualifications. In terms of regulations, it is essential to ensure no harmful products enter the country, but we will limit regulations to only food products. All other products will be treated as if they were subject to equivalent regulations and testing as if they were made in Stephaniesland.
