Piikala welcomes them with open arms settling them in Southeast Asia. They first have them quarantine for two months in several beach resorts. At the same time, they're taught the Piikalan language and culture and get training for work in Piikala.

The Piikalan diplomatic mission in Crabaiaia has serval 747s and A380s charted that fly to the airports at Laker City, and Civet City painted in a white livery with large orange letters on its sides saying, "DIPLOMATIC POUCH OF THE IMPERIAL STATE OF PIIKALA." At the same time, Piikalan diplomats start going through the refugee camps handing out Piikalan citizenship papers and diplomatic passports to the refugees and boarding them into that awaiting aircraft.

The Immigration Affairs Office, a suboffice of the Foreign Office, would give a statement saying that they would accept refugees from Crabaiaia. The Ministry of Defense would send a small, clearly marked, unarmed naval attaché to take refugees to Trenaka, and would have a small armed attaché just outside of Crabaiaian waters just in case.
