Incoming transmission, stand by"Hello to whoever's in charge of receiving this message. I wanted to personally introduce myself to you all, as I feel it would be rude not to. As you may have guessed, I am Tsarina Ilyina Romanova, the 19th Romanov monarch. It would be my pleasure to be invited to join the celebrations. Let me clarify some things. As a constitutional monarch, Tsarstvo Alyaski does not necessarily need me to be in the country constantly, I believe that Lukina Mikhailovna and the Leyboristskaya Partiya Alyaski are competent enough to run the country without any outside input, at least for a couple of days.
It has been too long since I went out travelling, I think the last time I left Tsarstvo Alyaski was for a visit to the United Kingdom, to meet my distant cousin, Elizabeth II back in 2015. I would be delighted if you were to accept my invitation, but I would also understand if you'd wish for me not to join you.
Whatever the case may be, pass on my vote of confidence, and message to Princess Nura. I wish her a good birthday party, and good fortunes for the future. Perhaps I will see you all there?"
