Ships lightly bomb them, with some non-nuclear missiles are being fired. The Airforce is attacked by SAM's that are lockedon Thermal energy

The ships coutinue firing with all they got and using there own SAMs to try and shoot down the missiles. The ZN planes use there flares toa viod being hit and fire with their high explosive rockets at the SAM launchers.

The Philuan keeps using Dummy SAM's until the planes run out of Flares, at which times, rreal SAMs are used. The Philuan ships call for backup, resulting in 90 ships now in the area and 10 submarines, which 5 fire at transports and 5 at small warships

As they take damage they retreat letting the super battleships fire with all of there strength at the enemy fleet. 15 small ships are sunk and another 67 are damaged and are ordered to return to scanhort for repairs. The ZN super battleships fire at the surfacing subs once they are spotted.

The ZN soldiers arrive and find no one there. 2 million ZN, soldiers arrive and start u8nloading there tanks. meanwhile airforce makes sure to spot any philuan troops. They also arm all infrastructure going to the beach with bombs incase philuan troops do arrive.

Philuan troops then fall back into the dense rainforest. Near the capitol, the Rainforest is being cut down.

On one night nearly half a million soldiers we're spotted moving towards the base with 500 tanks, and the whole ZN naval sleet with the damaged ships repaired. then the rocket art. fired. (each one is able to fire volleys of 56 rockets which all have 50 pounds of TNT worth of explosives on them. it takes around 5 minutes to reload after a volley.)

I ran to the room to see my family dead...running outside I saw so many neighbors on the ground lifeless...There was no peace. They kept blowing us up for no reason. Whenever we tried to leave, they somehow got us... I saw babies stuck eternally to the mother's chest...

Along with people with the money to afford it, as it was valuable commodity. And Your Katushas would still either over or undershoot, thus causing civilian casualties

The Piikalan fleet approached from the northeast, sailing in a rectangular formation led by the anti-mine Heavy Destroyer(Piikalan cruiser), the PSDFV(Piikalan Self Defense Force) Ruri with three other Piikalan heavy cruisers at the port and standard of the Ruri the IPNV(Imperial Piikalan navy) Kaneohe and PSDFV Makko. The ten Piikalan cargo ships were followed by around three giant Piikalan hospital ships, the PSDFV Kumu, PSDFV Noni, IPNV Wai'i, and three other heavy destroyers at the rear, followed by a Piikalan missile cruiser. The ships approach the Phuilian coast, their crews ready for action as soon as they dock.

3 Light cruisers, and 2 destroyers met them.
Light Cruiser TPS Asul na pating responded. "Please Identify yourselves."

The Imperial Piikalan Missle Cruizer responds on the radio with the ship's captain saying in a heavily Piikalan accented English, "This is the Imperial Piikalan Naval Vessel the Lei-o-mano of Wailua we are here on a humanitarian mission and have been sent by our government to assist in humanitarian efforts. We will not attack unless you are hostile. I repeat we will not attack unless you are hostile."
