The exchange could help build connections between the two nations' militaries while also scare the UBC government by hinting at a collaboration of sorts between the two nations?

Since the Piikalan coast guard was created to defend the Piikalan home islands from invaders, it still has stuck to its original mission of being a home front defense from foreign aggressors. Thus, it is given the most state-of-the-art technology to protect the home islands. While also filling a secondary role of securing Piikalan colonial waters and helping mariners, and ensuring the protection of natural resources.

I think the first part is all we need to scare the NAU. A Piikalan ship in the Caribbean is not something the Langenians want, as it would seem as if they are letting in another country of foreigners into Latin America.

I think I'll make a post in the coming days where Piikala will propose allying with Langeina. While also attacking La Plata with a Piikalan airstrike that will see chaos across the war-torn nation with a massive cyberattack on the nation whipping out all power stations and public infrastructure. At the same time, Piikalan stealth fighters and stealth electronic warfare aircraft will attack the La Platan republican airbases. They will be testing new Piikalan bioweapons designed to knock out ground-based personal using a colorless and odorless gas that causes and a person who comes into contact with it to suddenly become numb and lose senses in the nose, mouth, eardrums, and a loss of sight for several days. That's to be followed up by a yellow-colored fog and the bombing of the airbases and their destruction. While a Piikalan rotorcraft might land in one airbase and take a few La Paltan soldiers, could it become Piikalan POWs? The POWs being examined by Piikalan scientists to see the effects of the gas and then kept in Piikalan POW camp in eastern China, where they will be kept throughout the conflict.
