I was thinking Piikala could since Piikala has massive amounts of resources and industrial capacity thanks to its control of china. So Piikala can hammer out large amounts of supplies and ship them across the pacific.

Hey, Langenia, I thought maybe the Piikalan warship carrying the Piikalan diplomat could somehow stop on Langenia where they could maybe pick up a naval exchange officer in the Caribean? The exchange could help build connections between the two nations' militaries while also scare the UBC government by hinting at a collaboration of sorts between the two nations?
