Massayiana is long-term allies of the Sovjetunionen of Nanban-Ha. We heard the call from the PAMK. The threat posed by the Tetrarchy and its allies to women and progressives around the world is a threat that must be addressed by any means necessary.
In order to support the efforts of your organization, the Heterotopyian State Council has decided to dedicate substantial support to help muster the strength of the militias under your command.

Massayiana is putting at your disposal two battalions of experienced veterans to help train your forces as well as foreign volunteers that you will gather under your leadership and the banner of Socialism.
To facilitate the training of your forces and volunteers who will gather by your side, we will provide you with several military bases (Mengo Nogo, Dagando, Tèytèy, Mal Mal, Nébougou, Elmaki Bentia, Labanta) which can serve as a temporary garrison pending the transfer of these forces to the frontline.

To these two measures, Massayiana proposes to add the following proposals:

Two battalions of 500-600 fighters could be trained by a special forces detachment from Massayiana on the base of Mengo Nogo. Their training will last 9 months during which these recruits will be trained in behind the lines type of missions.
