ZN had a plan for this and quickly found out shut down all severs and doing everything the old way halting the ZN economy for 1 hour. all servers in ZN we're reverted to before the cold war started. Then ZN made there firewall much stronger to work as an anti-virus. it blocked all downloads from any foreign country's IP addresses including allies. If they used a VPN the firewall would auto-ban delete there access to the internet as 9it was told to ban all users using a VPN to have a ZN IP address.
