Let's say you we're logistics. in low tide you have to get off of the boat and then go through 1.8 miles of salt flats (which vechiles can't go through because they will sink and get stuck in the wet sand so you have all the supplies on your back) You have 1.8 miles of having 5 to 20 (I don't know what you'd give them) pounds of supplies on your back socked wet all sandly and then you get to the cliff and you have to scale a 50 meter cliff to finally get there and the journey takes around 5 hours.
If you we're in tide well let's just say you can't have a large boat go in because it would very likely trap itself in the very shallow waters so you have to have small crap but then tehre still pieces of high land that you have to get your ship over which could collapse under the weight at any monument possibly killing you and everyone on your boat then you have to scale the 50 meter cliff.
ports are impossible due to how low it is and tides will destroy the port.
