possible New Hallin civil war (open/ sign ups / OOC)

A former colony of phastastan which got independence is now entering a possible civil war. New Hallin gained independence on may 16 2041. There are four main factions that divide the country. The liberal, The conservative, the fascist, and the communist parties are all fighting for control of the country. This was caused when the liberal party won the election by 6,000 votes but the conservative party said those votes were from fraud and that they won the election. Forces on both sides started arming and the fascists and communists parties took as this as an opportunity to take the country. They all have now formed there own names. convervitives and fascists form: "The kingdom of New Hallin." The communists form: "The new Hallin people commune front" and the liberals form: 'The democratic republic of New Hallin."

Well, technically SETA isn't obligated on defending allies of a SETA members.

(Well I guess SETA members will be fighting between each other. I would like to tell everyone that the liberals control all 5 major port cities tho one of those in surrounded by communists and the one otehr is surrounded by conservatives so you will need to take that port.
