It was the cold winter of December of 1913, the frost and icy wind bit Carlo's nose as he struggled to walk though the thick snow. He bundled up in his fluffy aviator jacket, hiking up the hilly landscape. It was quiet and tranquil, until a man with a mustache leaped at Carlo, carrying a wooden knife. As the man tried to stab Carlo, Carlo quickly transformed, growing a bushy tail, grey fur, big ears, and long claws. Then, Carlo thew the man over the cliff, leaving the man to die. The man was Serbian, and caused Witiland to have distrust in Serbians ever since. Then Archduke Franz Ferdinand got killed and kicked off world war 1. Of course Witiland sided with Austria-Hungary and got their troops ready for war. "This is revenge for what that Serbian man has done...." said Carlo Koespel

Summary

COMMANDER: Anything new brother.

INFORMER: A lot. There have been tensions rising among Serbia and Witland. A man supposedly attacked the Carlo of Witland but failed to assassinate him.

COMMANDER: Ah! I see. So what do you think about it. Is it any major issue?

INFORMER: Feels like it isn't any proper war. The Witlandians just needed an excuse to attack Serbia. There have been tensions in the border for long.

COMMANDER: Well we do have a military pact with them. But attacking recklessly could rise to problems. Umm. What about Serbians? Do they think of just dying like dust.

INFORMER: Feels like it. The country does have signed treaties with some nations, but it does not seem like they are gonna be of much help.

COMMANDER: The country of Serbia does have some rich mineral recourses. But is this cause good enough to attack? I mean it is going to be a war no matter what small. It is going to cost resources, money, soldiers and might be a lot of time.

INFORMER: War! No way! War is a battle between equal forces. This is an annihilation. The victory is ours for sure. And we need not worry of the resources or soldiers. We need not waste them in this battle. I don't think there will be many causalities in this battle. It is going to be a clean victory for us. The Witlands are not even thinking this as a problem. Neither should we. Let's just think it as some lottery where we get a lot of rich resources in cost of a few causalities.

COMMANDER: The same attitude was shown by the de Silvas when they went to accept the challenge of the Rohes. Thinking they would have gained all the resources of the small nation, they ended up losing the throne as well as the nation. We need to be completely sure about our victory.

INFORMER: We are sir! We are! It is a golden opportunity for us. Please have a talk with King about this. We may regret the decision of not participating later.

COMMANDER: All right. I'll have a talk with the king.

INFORMER: All right. Have a good day sir.

(The messenger leaves the room)

COMMANDER: Yeah right.

Don't let this happen. Side with Austria-Hungary and side with the good guys..."

In Rome, there was the usual confusion of when a Prime Minister resigns. Paolo Boselli had done just that and Victor Emmanuel III had appointed Vittorio Emanuele Orlando to be the new Prime Minister. He had to put in his own Cabinet members to fill up the posts left empty. While the world was in turmoil after the death of the Archduke of Austria. They were supposed to be helping the Germans and the Austrians, but Vittorio had never liked the Austrians because they had some lands that should be Italy's. So he had been able to wiggle out of it by saying that it was a defensive treaty, not an offensive one. He had however raised the number of troops from 750,000 to 755,000. He would begin to build 4 new destroyers and a cruiser in case they needed to defend their trade. General Luigi Cardona had been demoted as a result of the 1912 war against the Ottomans and Luigi Armando was in control. He began to fortify the Italian-Austrian Border, as well as the Italo-Franco Border (You can never be too safe) He began to work closely with the Duke of Aosta to think of a possible Amphibious assault. They also started to research and build more rifles to give more equipment to the Italian Army, which it was sadly lacking in.

He pondered the growing war over in Europe hoped it didn't reached Chinese shores. Zhou knew that the main threat to China would be the Empire of Japan. The Japanese wanted Korea and by the gods he wasn't gonna give it up very easily. Zhou was popular with both the Chinese people and the Korean people because he focused on modernizing China both economically and militarily. China could now compete with Japan and the other major world powers.

It come to my attention that a Great War has broken out in Europe. It my hope and that of the Chinese people that the war will stay in Europe but fear that will not happen. For the time being,China will remain a neutral party in this war. Over the past 40 years since the rise of the Chinese Republic,My predecessors and I have been modernizing the Chinese economy by allowing foreign investment into the country and expanding our infrastructure via building roads and railroads. The assasination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand had sent shockwaves across the entire Sannyamathland.His Majesty Emperor Edward III The Great,is known to be severely disturbed on hearing the incident.However,it is learnt,that he is not willing to involve the empire in another war,after the war with the Ottoman Empire ended in a disaster.On the other hand,His Majesty,can not possibly forget that the Sannyamathlandian Royal Family has a very good relation with the British Royal Family.So much so,that the cousin of His Majesty,Lord Burrow,Duke of Salazsburg,has married one of the princess of the British Royal Family.Although no official decison has been made,His Majesty is believed to be in a serious dillema.

''Sir , there's news from E-Europe'' Said the Lieutenant

News? Dima thinked what kind of news..if this is is some sort of weddings or somethin , he is not interested in.

''War broke out , an Serbian assasinated the Austria-Hungary King , and now there's over there.''

''Dear lord...we better get our troops ready just incase , now...is the news spread around the nation?''

The Lieutenant message to the Admiral about sending the news to the whole Karakhzastan , he agreed and tolded the Karakhzastan Office of Special News [ KOSN ] about it , KOSN spread the news , from the North towards the South , many people were shock about the assasination of the Austria-Hungary King that was done by the Serbian. The Karakhzastan National Army [ KNA ] had started to recruit young men , aged 19-29 to serve in the National Army , poster saying ''Karakhzastan Need you'' and ''The national army needs your help of serving the nation'' were placed around the country.

Comander of the KNA , Sergey Dinoskavakiov along with the High Commands were discussion whether or not to to be neutral or help Serbia. Meanwhile , some are wondering about the infrastructure of Karakhzastan as most of it are Agriculture and Farming , knowing this , the Karakhzastan Goverment started building factories and also to find uranium as it was discovered in the Dagestan Mountains , uranium mines had been contructed and farmers became Factory and Uranium Miners.

The ''Socialist First Party'' or SFP , founded by an Middle Class men name Anton Serenasriv had won a few seats in the Parliment , their current rival is the ''People's National Front'' or PNF , an Nationalist based party.
