At the flagship's helm, the Piikalan frigate the IPNV 8289 stood Admiral third-class Lee Tong Chu a colonial citizen from the Piikalan colony of Malaysia. Upon entering the region, the Admiral orders the rising of the Langenian and Leciania flag below the Piikalan flag along with a flag with a vertical yellow then blue stripe(Maritime signal for I would like to talk you) at the masts of the Piikalan ships. They then proceed to turn west and sail up the Paisacrata coast and slowly sail towards their fellow CUSP members colony by sailing around the northern part of the island.

"TWO PEOPLE, ONE NATION. ALL EQUAL.

1. Countesia will pledge to work alongside native Caustolians to build a legitimate, democratic nation-state to represent their people, and in return Caustolia will pledge itself as an autonomous nation within Countesia and its citizens will receive the full benefits of Countesian citizenship, and will refer to the existing federal government in matters of foreign relations and national defence.

2. Countesia will return a majority of settled native land back to its people. Land that cannot be returned will be reimbursed at 35,000cr per square km2 to Caustolia.

3. On the ground that Countesia cannot return, any and all sacred sites will be granted special preservation laws to protect them from urban development and vandalism.

4. Countesia will provide 25 billion credits annually to the Caustolian people to invest in their economy, healthcare, infrastructure and housing.

5. The Caustolian people will remain tax exempt for five years to give their economy a head start. after five years this will be reviewed and reversed if the economy has been deemed stable enough.

6. Although the Countesian Federal Government will be the leading authority in issues relating to national defence, Caustolians will not be expected to return any weaponry and will be permitted to have their own standing army, navy, air force and law enforcement.

7. Countesia will pay for the construction for an additional branch of the Countesian-Langenian railway to pass through the proposed territory of the Caustolian state.

The needless violence against natives within New Antarctica's Hoding claim by terrorists has continued. And rather than heed the calls of the international community to come to the aid of the natives, it seems that they have instead chosen to assist the terrorists in assailing their own native population. I support the State Department in labeling New Antarctica as a State Sponsor of Terrorism for their role in supporting the violence. As such, the North Caustoles Territorial Government, in conjunction with the federal government of Ibica, hereby CONDEMN the government of New Antarctica.

The Langenians today conducted the North Hoding Anti-Terrorist Operation. Langenian troops, in conjunction with native forces, hunted down, ambushed, and captured members of the Antartican hordes. Groups of Langenian and native scouts hunted for the bases of the Antartican terrorists. The hordes also came under intense air and artillery strikes. After the operation, Langenian forces stay in the area, to prevent any other foreign nations from occupying the land of the natives, and give modern weapons to the native warriors.
