Back in Caustoles, the territorial administration has once again taken up goodwill trips into the rest of the Ibican claim, improving schools, infrastructure, and healthcare, in hopes of convincing more areas to join the territory. In the former Guyit territory, representatives are promised they would make up the majority of their own territory, essentially giving them autonomy in their area. They are told this could eventually lead to them becoming a state themselves, gaining their own representation in the Ibican Congress, which would end up actually expanding their influence, not shrinking it. In the far southwest of the claim, where a mountain range just barely reaches into the Claim, the rural region is also promised that they would become their own territory, and would see even furthur money poured in from the federal government, and would likely see an influx of tourism due to the likelihood of ski resorts opening along the territories slopes.

All across the claim, promises are made to local leaders, pledging support and the potential prosperity to their people, while still retaining limited sovereignty.

After a few minutes they exit the freeway and arrive at the territorial capital complex, surrounded by the stately buildings hosting territorial agencies and departments. The delegation is guided inside the Capitol itself, the largest, stately building, where work can be seen still underway on the dome.

The scientific task force notices the Langenian ships and radios a friendly greeting. The commander of the IFS Explorer inquires if they would like to stick together when in international waters, providing safety in numbers, and the ability to more quickly complete their overlapping tasks.

The Langenians publicly bar the Piikalans from Langenian waters in their colony, but also reciprocate to the Piikalans by sending a package with detailed maps of Langenian waters. They also publish this info online.

The entire colony had been placed on lockdown after the emergence of the native army around New Hanlen. Soldiers patrolled the streets and manned the outskirts. Helicopters from the Enola and the Gideon also patrolled overhead with their spotlights. The fear of a similar event gave the whole colony a dark atmosphere as people hid in their homes. Though many found respite in the fact three heavily armed vessels lay anchored less than a kilometre away.

Port authorities couldn't help but react with suspicion when the Langenian vessels were spotted on radar, but visual confirmation from one of the patrolling helicopters eased their concern as they spotted the Langenian flag.

The Imperial Piikalan Colonial government declares that Piikala will be neutral if any incident occurs between the Langenians and Lacienians in order to protect the colonial backwater that's Piikalas colony. Due to the Piikalan troops and supplies in their colony being the leftovers, none of the Piikalan self administrative states or colonies wanted to limit the conflict they faced. The Piikalans also finish their tunnel to the Lanceian colony and propose constructing a new tunnel to the Langenian colony from south Hoding. They also construct a city of the south tip of Hoding where Piikalans can manage their rail line.

The Langenian fishermen watched with concern as ships bearing a flag they were all too familiar with passed by. These ships contained the first wave Lacienian colonists and their supplies. Soon, the fleet had arrived at their destination and anchored offshore while prefab buildings and containers were loaded into landing craft.

It was a great sight, seeing the landing craft pull away from the freighters and head forth to spread civilization. That was immediately followed by the landing of the boats, the planting of a flag and the placement of various containers and buildings. When the worker was done, six hours later, the colonists settled into their new homes knowing they had aided their nation and could rest with ease duet to the the soldiers on guard outside.

"From what we understand of that situation, the Countesians were unaware the land was sacred and are in talks with natives in that area discussing reparations. Countesia is perhaps one of the most native friendly foreign powers in the region.

The Piikalans decide to withdraw their naval blockade as some of the Imperial Piikalan naval assets are sent back to Piikala. The Piikalans send some of their ships to assist a fellow CUSP member. Thus the Piikalans have their ships patrol the area around the colony. Simultaneously, sending a few heavy Destroyers and frigates to their fellow CUSP member Lanceina on a mission to invite their fellow CUSP state on a training exercise. Along with seeing if they could engage in formal talks with the Langenians to ensure peace in the region.

Eastern tip of Paisacrata

The Langenian fisherman continued staring, for a moment, as the ships continued into the distance. They seemed to be heading, he deduced, east. There was an island on the other side of the strait, what was it's name, Nadteima? He turned, and his boat immediately went back into the small harbor to alert the local authorities. His claims were backed up by many of his fellow colonists, as well as several of the soldiers guarding the colony. It seemed almost everyone had seen the Lacienian ships. Fortunately they had no Langenian flag up and did not draw attention. A message was sent back to the colonial capital in western Paisacrata. The authorities sent a message to the capital of the other Langenian colony in Caustoles and Hoding. The colonial governments in both colonies then sent messages to the central government in Aragon. This triggered a military buildup. The Langenians had been building their military strength in the area recently until they decided it was unnecessary as they had no enemies in the region. However the arrival of the Lacienians changed that. Mysteriously, the Ministry of National Defense and Langenian National Navy have stopped giving updates on the location of the aircraft carrier Simon Bolivar and its carrier battle group. The satellites of any foreign nations may or may not have noticed the appearance of anti-ship missile batteries on the coasts of western Paisacrata, western Caustoles, and southern Hoding. At the colony on the tip of eastern Paisacrata, the local garrison increased, and construction of a naval base, as well as expansion of the air base, in addition to the already complete army base, began. Rumors began to circulate that the LAF's experienced 2nd Strike Wing, equipped with Su-30, C-34, F-15E Strike Eagle, Su-34, and SSP.47/3R3 Blackheart strike aircraft would rotate to an unknown airbase in the region. Others said it would be the LAF's feared 1st Wing, equipped with F-22 Raptor, F-35A Lightning II, C-42, C-58, and SSP.47/3R3 Blackheart advanced stealth aircraft would rotate to the region. Yet others said both wings would deploy. What they would bring was also subject to speculation. Hypersonic anti-ship missiles, high-speed torpedoes, all capable of unleashing devastating damage on enemy warships. Either way, the arrival of such aircraft would provide a major boost to Langenian anti-ship capabilities in the area...
