Imperial Piikalans continue with their construction of a city in Northwestern Hoding as a dredging barge is brought in to deepen the harbour. While also erecting a power plant, sewage plant, reservoir, and water treatment plants. While Piikalan troops in the eastern mountains of Hoding after preparing their Tankkets continue west into the mountain where they encounter a village. While Piikalan troops move to secure their claims in the Northeastern peninsula of Hoding.

It was a deliberately crude design, each of the tooth-like triangles on the crown forged from a fragment of a different slaver king's crown, a visible symbol of Hamington's triumph. His sword was then handed to him – a long blade of dark metal, forged from the wreckage of the enemy's armored vehicles. As he ascended to his throne, men and women throughout the hall stood on one knee – but none knelt fully as such, for all were Freemen here, and they stood as knights before a superior, not kneeling as subjects before a lord.

Viceroy Hamington, He Who Makes Men, sheathed his sword. Those within the hall got up, the ceremony now over.

"To business, then!" – he called out. "Let us talk. The first order of things is the railway. We must build up a rail line along the entire shore. I would like to see an engineering plan for this railway to be completed by a group that will include local engineers and ones from Allanea. I'd also like to see an appraisal of how much money this will cost." – he paused. "We should also start opening up schools for the locals as well. We should give out a grant for Allanean school companies to move here. Further, we need to talk to the Ibicans about overflight rights…"

The meeting continued into the late hours of the night.

Development in North Caustoles has continued trucking on forward. County governments have been established in the civilian administered areas, with officials (Chairman, Sheriff, Tax Assessor, Clerk) appointed with elections scheduled for May 2021 to replace them and elect a Board of Commissioners for each one. Work on the capitol complex has begun, with President Buckley scheduling a visit to coincide with the groundbreaking ceremony of the actual capitol building. A container terminal for the port has been broken ground on, with a rail and road intermodal facility, with the Port of Maurau planned to the shipping hub for the region. An area south of town has been chosen to replace the existing Maurau Airport with a much larger facility meant to serve as the commercial flight hub for the northern part of the continent.

Leaving the city, Highway 1 has been completed to the next town each way (Junction and Marshal) as 4 lane divided highways that can be upgraded to freeways when demand increases. The volume of cars in Junction being dumped onto the Old Toules Highway that Highway 1 is replacing showing how necessary the improvements are now that traveling this road is no longer subject to potentially being murdered by rouge militias. Land has been cleared for the remaining highway network, and a few all inclusive resorts have even been planned for along the coast northwest of Maurau.

The Benshire Peninsula, which had previously been largely unpopulated, has been taken over by an army of contractors working for either the territorial government or the handful of development companies that bought the land. The western coast of the peninsula is being developed as utter suburban sprawl, master planned middle class housing and shopping centers, with the government reserving much of the inland areas of the peninsula for either the development of small towns or for farming and logging. This area is solidly being Ibica-ified, and is meant to help provide housing for the influx of people and businesses expected to flood into the Maurau area.

The North Caustoles Rail Network is also well underway. Following the lead of other Ibican territories, the mainlines of the system are owned by the territorial government, with spurs and lesser used lines privately owned. So far, the only company that has bought trackage rights is the newly formed Caustoles Northern Railway (often referred to as just CN), which plans to operate a freight rail network across the continent. The network is also hoping to bring in some of the Passenger operating companies that operate in mainland Ibica, but is planning a government run service until that becomes a reality. Most of the infrastructure around Maurau is built, connecting to the port and military base, with Maurau Central Station under construction. All told, things are progressing quite nicely.

What the Allaneans did in Candabaumie would be a thing that Ibicans would easily recognize. The city around which they landed first would be renamed Port Chainbreak, and it would be refashioned in the Allaneans' own image.

As the first act, the Allaneans would remove all of the things that once related to slavery – the large slave-holding centres, the auction houses, the slave barracks, all were demolished with high explosives and then carried off by trucks, the wreckage pushed into the sea to compose new wharfs for the Port. The city itself was replanned extensively, with a new city center built next to the historic city. Broad streets, radiating from the administrative center, would be the locations of administrative buildings, shopping malls, and palaces – most importantly, of course, Hamington's own palace.

On the outskirts of the city, the Allaneans planned out enormous suburbs, with wide, luxurious half-acre lots cut out for future homes. With ferocious speed the roads and surveyors began to eat into the burned-out remnants of the woods where the old residents of the city found their dishonorable deaths.

The new homes would be built with speed – some rapidly assembled on the lots, others just brought in from Allanea by cargo ship. These homes, and the lots they would be placed on the new land, would be given out to former slaves, or to Allanean soldiers who had served honorably in the campaign – or, truly, in any other campaign. Other Allaneans were entitled to buy the homes extremely cheaply – after all, they did not have to pay for the land.

Viceroy Hamington spent his days negotiating with corporations and investors, trying to lure in as many as possible to invest in the new colony's economy. Dillard's Industrial Logistics was already seeking to renovate Port Chainbreak's harbor, and investors were queuing in for development and infrastructure projects.

The Elthica Mines were a very large combinations of mine of large size. These carried in them silver that had paid for the kings before the invasion. And this was guarded by former slaves recruited into a Native Militia to guard it until the Alleneans came. But in that time, something happened. It was guarded by 300 troops with some modern weapons. But 1,000 rebels sprinted out and shot multiple of them. They placed enourmas amounts of explosives and blew almost all of the mines up. If they could not have it, they reasoned, then neither could the foreigners. Major resource centers around where the Alleneans had not come were depseratly defended from Abolitionistformer native lords and theirsmall militia. At the end of the day, 90 rebels and 727 former slaves militia were killed
