Why are you colonizing: Lacienia has been colonising for hundreds of years. It is a just seen as a necessity at this point.
How will you colonize: The arrival of military forces alongside explorers would occur first.THeir goal would be to set up a preliminary basecamp. Next the fleet of cargo ships would arrive and build out the land.

Why are you colonizing: to attain resources to fuel the Piikalan war machine in Asia(particular in japan).
How will you colonize: By using brute military force and a mass influx of people to suppress the native population

How many colonists will you send?: 10,000 Civilians, mostly men and women between the ages of 20-30.
How will you deal with the other countries?: The Imperial State of Piikala will ignore them as long as they don't interfere with Piikalan claims if they do the Imperial State will try to negotiate and avoid war if possible due to Piikalas stretched out supply lines.
Amount of troops (If any): 50,000 soldiers, 5,000 Sailors,15,000 Airmen, and 5,000 other assorted support personal.
