"Come forth, ye broken and lost, but those yet of the Faith, abandoned by your false prophets and masters.
Come forth and take up arms in the name of Cassellia, who will give you Divine and everlasting purpose."

- The Hymns of Cassellia, Chapter 17, Verse 9-10.

The Matriarchy of Orderiam recognizes that there are those in outside lands who profess faith in the wisdom and guidance of the Matriarch. There are many yet more who languish in bondage of servitude, poverty, ignorance and oppression and wish for nothing but a better life in the Matriarchy. The most direct and simple route to citizenship in the Matriarchy is service in the foreign legion, also known as the Legion of Saint Cassellia.

Service in the Legion after a term of five years of honorable service will grant automatic citizenship. Citizenship in the Matriarchy is accompanied by numerous benefits, including guaranteed housing, food, employment and education for yourself and your family until the End of Days.

Basic indoctrination into the Legion lasts approximately 6 months. Afterward, service in the Legion will generally consist of internal security duties, i.e. patrolling major urban centers. However, in times of war, terrorist attack or natural disaster, the Legion may be called upon to engage in offensive and defensive operations on behalf of the Matriarchy like any other military force.
