It was an interesting day in the Willamette Empire because today was the twentieth Anniversary of the Willamette Empire being created. King Avudar walked through his castle in his capital Salem. He knew that this world had been crippled by the Apocolypse and stridden to make things for better or for worse. Soldiers marched through the streets as people cheered them on and Mark 1s rolled through as gun salutes went off and new statues were revealed. The King waved to people as they marched and looked further along with the town that was split by the Mighty Willamette River and saw the tall walls he had built in the beginning to keep the undead out. Now museums talked about how the walls saved the empire and had artifacts from the old days. He watched as people honked their horns in the cars (Models from 1915-1916) and a generally happy mood was among them. Avudar though planned to send settlers to create colonies in South Western Oregon and along the coast and then settle along with Eastern Oregon. Finding people willing to settle in Eastern Oregon was tougher than finding people willing to settle on the coast or along the border with what used to be California. He sighed then closed his window and watched the parade end with Bristol Fighters flying over head dropping smoke.
OOC: You can apply for more than one nation, but you must follow the rules and create 4 sentences for the separate nations. Your starting population will be effected by war, famine and disease but will go up tomorrow. Or something considering how large your nation is.
