On board, six men with every square inch coated in tactical gear tinkered with their weapons and gear. Their pilots struggled against minor turbulence as they remained in contact with HQ.

"Unguarded. That's not standard CTF tactics. Something bad has happened there."

"Something bad was always going to happen there."

Several minutes later and half a klick from Gate B, the pilot slowed their approach and shifted into VTOL. the entire aircraft jolted as it now began to hover almost twenty meters from the ground. Dust and small rocks blew outwards from everywhere. In the middle of this, two thick ropes hit the dirt. Shortly after the first boots of the fireteam were on the ground. The group of six men wasted no time in making headway towards Site 02, keeping low in the foliage to avoid physical detection. The tiltjet began to rise into the air for its switch into flight mode.

"Wolfpack 3 is fully disembarked, I repeat, disembarked."

"Acknowledged, Wolfpack 3, we'll await your signal for extraction."

"If you don't get one, don't come looking."

"Noted, Wolfpack Three."

The craft began the switch into flight mode, and within a handful of seconds was gone. All that remained as the quiet whine of its modified engines. Its freshly disembarked passengers took no notice, continuing their beeline towards the sites perimeter.

The craft began the switch into flight mode, and within a handful of seconds was gone. All that remained as the quiet whine of its modified engines. Its freshly disembarked passengers took no notice, continuing their beeline towards the sites perimeter.

They reach a road that leads to the site. It is totally snowed over with 6 feet of snow and at -90 degrees C. The literal middle of nowhere. As they go down the road they reach a massive gate that is open.

The fireteam approaches the gate with caution. As they edge closer they have yet to be fired upon. They stop just before the gate. The fireteam leader gestures for the soldier on his left to investigate closer, the soldier complies with a nod and approaches the gate with his weapon drawn and finger on the trigger. As he enters the doorway he hesitates before switching on his rifles flashlight and shines it across what appears to be a very large lobby, with two elevators on opposite sides of the room. As he moved his flashlight across the floor, the soldier paused briefly as he spotted the first of many corpses littering the trashed floor of the plaza.

"Wolfpack Leader, Gate B is confirmed abandoned"

"Do you see any bodies?"

"Yes. there appears to be signs of a battle. "

"Affirmative. This is likely the result of sabotage. Standard containment breach protocol is to seal these gates."

"Wolfpack Leader, Do we proceed?"

"Affirmative. We're going in. Standard entry formation."

The five remaining soldiers joined the man illuminating the door. Weapons shouldered, three took to watching the front, two to the flanks and one to the rear. In their tight knit formation, they entered the dark shroud of the facility. They made their way towards the elevator to the left of the room, stepping over the dead bodies of the guards. The lights that dimly lit the buttons of the elevators still worked suggesting emergency power was still present, though barely did anything to illuminate the room.

"Wolfpack Leader, Gate B is confirmed abandoned"

"No. its just been left open."

"Affirmative. This is not ARD protocol. This is likely the result of a containment breach."

"Wolfpack Leader, Do we proceed?"

"Affirmative. We're going in. Standard entry formation."

OOC: no it would go out to another open space with another two elevators in the side of the wall that would go down to it. Also protocol during containment breach is to make sure nothing gets in or out via watching and calling guards when they see something. there would also be bodies.

OOC: no it would go out to another open space with another two elevators in the side of the wall that would go down to it. Also protocol during containment breach is to make sure nothing gets in or out via watching and calling guards when they see something. there would also be bodies.

He is dead from 45 bullets from a ZNAK-47 MK. 4

OOC: no. a werewolves attacked some ARD guards killed all 7 except 1 who killed the werewolf. Your men are ok. Hvae them grab a keycard (There a LVL 4 in the pile of bodies) and go farther into the site.

The soldiers stepped out of the elevator and immediately checked their corners and watched out for any doors. Each one gave an all clear as they turned their flashlights down the hallway that stretched before them. Once again it was littered with the corpses of guards, this time all brutally torn apart and mutilated. The blood that was collecting on the floor reflected their flashlights, and the soldiers saw that the ground was littered with spent bullet cases. amongst the carnage laid the deceased body of a lycanthrope, its claws and snout bloodied. It did not move.

"Presence of hostile lycanthrope confirmed, Target appears to be deceased"

"Wolfpack 3, Confirm status. we will cover you."

The soldier designated as Wolfpack 3 lowered his rifle and flicked out his baton. The other soldiers kept their sights squarely on the apparently dead werewolf. Wolfpack 3 prodded the creatures snout and chest and took note of the bullet wounds that fell the beast.

"Target is confirmed deceased."

"Good."

"Wolfpack leader, one of the bodies bears the rank of commander. I have his security card."

"Security level?"

"Four."

"Acknowledged. Keep hold of it. I suspect we'll need it"

Wolfpack 3 darted towards the door in an attempt to catch the fleeing man but the metal door slammed shut just before he could reach it. He turned round to see the rest of the squad catching up to him.

"Wolfpack leader, he's gone"

Wolfpack leader knelt down and felt around the shattered keypad, he gestured for Wolfpack 4 to join him as he fumbled around with the wires

" Wolfpack 4, is a bypass possible?"

"Negative, ARD security doors are designed to seal shut when the keypad is damaged or tampered with. Not even accessing the hydraulics will open it now"

"Options?"

"We can try and take a shortcut, but we don't have floorplans to the facility. There might not be one. We can try breaching charges but it'll be noisy.

"Acknowledged. Wolfpack 2, bring up the breaching charges."

Wolfpack 2 joined Wolfpack Leader and Wolfpack 4 at the door whilst wolfpack 1, 3 and 5 and 1 stood guard. Wolfpack 2 reached to his belt and procured a pack containing the breaching charges. attaching it to the door, he quickly went to work unfolding the packaged which was a framework of several shaped high explosive charges. He gestured for everyone to take cover as he began to set the timer. Confident with his work, he activated the timer before retreating to a safe distance.

As the quick but loud blast subsided, everyone peeked out to see that the door was now heavily battered and dented. Its steel bulkhead was now heavily forced inwards and the entire frame looked buckled.

"Goddamn. Bring up another one." Wolfpack Leader said to Wolfpack 2, who yet again set charges against the door. Another charge would likely blow it out completely.
