Please help me in the Tzer Arex-Silvedanian War!

Tzer Arex has declared war on me. I do not know why he has done this, citing "You are friends with Langenia." I am not friends with this nation, I just was considering joining their alliance, SETA.

I do not believe in having a strong military, so it is quite small. Please send troops to help me win. To do this, just state how many troops you will send, and go to this thread.
