The Congress of the Communist Party is called every 6 years by the National People's Congress to nominate the General Secretary, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kergstan and half of the Central Commission for Discipline and Integrity.

Congress delegates are elected by the members of the Communist Party of Kergstan (261mn) through secret ballot, each district elects the 12 to 18 (depending from the district population) most voted candidates and they will nominate the major representatives of the government and military command.

The XIIth Congress is composed by 6.160 delegates which will express their preferences from October 27th to November 2nd.

Communist and socialist parties are invited to send delegations to deepen relationships with the KPK and to observe the integrity of the system.

Political program

- Reinstate conscription
- Increase military spending to 3.0 % of the GDP
- Create a social credit system for citizens based on their good or bad deeds
- Crackdown on corruption by life imprisonment on corrupt officials, stronger system of financial check and balances.
- Increase Kergstani involvement abroad
- Put in place a stymulus package giving every adult citizen Ŧ 250/per month
- Lower the burdening budget on environmental protection, lower the amount of protected areas from 26 % of the country to 15 %
- Establish a pledge of allegiance in schools and public offices
- Establish half an hour of collective physical exercise before entering work or school.
- Increase the productivity of mining, oil, timber industries

- Increase the automation of the economy
- Lower the average weekly worktime to 32 hours.
- Expand the role of robots in society
- Increase the role of community self-policing and abolish the law enforcement agencies within 12 years.
- Offer Ŧ 10.000 to each university students who ranks in the top 10 % in evaluations.
- Sign a Peace Treaty with Pohnei
- Back out of Ratsirana immediately
- Invest in foreign IT and various companies

Arisha Pole

Political program

- Increase taxes on junk food by 15 % and lower the price of vegetable, fruits and sugar-free nutrient food by 30 %
- Increase taxes on cigarettes and alcohol by 10 % and create stronger programs to fight these two addictions
- Give to any province or first nation the right to secede
- Increase the role of community self-policing and abolish the law enforcement agencies within 5 years.
- Create a comprehensive plan for asylum seekers.
- Relax legislation on religion.
- Reserve 20 % of the NPC seats to associations not aligned with the KPK.
- Invest in foreign IT and various companies
- Set a 40 % minimum mandated rate for female representation of any executive board.

Okja Nerkutoa

Political program
- Create a comprehensive plan to renew transport infrastructure nationwide
- Participate in more sporting and cultural international events
- Build 200.000 new houses to guarantee the a society free of homelessness for the next years too
- Increase humanitarian aid abroad
- Establish a plan to lower the use of plastic by 50 % in 9 years, increase the harvest of canapa.
- Increase the amount of independence of the justice system has from the government.
- Simplify bureaucracy

Greetings to our comrades from Kergstan,

It is an honor to witness an important event since the future of the party and the proletariat will be decided in these elections.
After a forum on the topic of the elections for General Secretary of Kergstan where the proposals and goals given by the candidates shown were analyzed, with a large majority, the Communist Workers' Party of Anentova declares a preference towards Okja Nerkutoa and Arisha Pole.
Given that the future of the proletariat will remain in the hands of the people themselves, we will seek to maintain caution about the preference that the CWPA will have over the candidates, avoiding being an influence in decision-making.

Also seeking to strengthen conversations and relations between the Parties, our Delegate, Karl Davis, as an observer of the election process, also will try to establish conversations with different members of the Communist Party of Kergstan and later and if allowed, with the candidates in order to realize general expectations of the future.

The ORFRAP is delighted by the presence of Karl Davis as delegate from the Communist Workers' Party of Anentova.
The office also authorizes Mr. Davis to hold meetings with our candidates to the Presidency and the post of Secretary-General. we are also available for any need of Mr. Davis while he is stationed in the country.

The General-Secretary of the KPK and President of the SRK, Okja Nerkutoa officially opens the XIIth Congress of the Communist Party of Kergstan addressing the 6.160 delegates.

Dear comrades, we are here today to set forth the new direction for the nation to take.
You have been given the honor and duty to implement the will of the people in nominating the new Central Committee, Party bureaus, the Central Military Commission among the hundreds of positions to be assigned.

The waves brought us beyond our expectations and our objective is a further consolidation of the socialist revolution, the nation-building process based on steady values of social justice, equality, freedom, sovereignty and the protection of the environment.

As the Secretary-General finishes his short speech, unanimous applause resounds in the immense hall while two members of the PLAK-PMF bring at the podium the flag of the SRK and the KPK.

the supporting rod holding the flag is firmly beaten on a precise point on the podium, and it is from that moment that the all-female orchestra sings the national anthem with the same tone that was given by the young partisans of the 1949 revolution.

As socialists, it is our duty to pay attention to the affairs of our comrades abroad.

The leadership of the Bund has hereby tasked me with the honour to announce our party's official support for Comrade Arisha Pole in her ticket for the leadership of the Communist Party of Kergstan.

Our party believes her policies to be most just, commendable, and a shining example of what socialists ought to strive for: freedom, liberty, and community. We especially applaud her plan to improve Kergstan's capabilities to host refugees, and support her stringent ideas for regulations over harmful consumer products such as tobacco and junk food, which we see as a respectable means to combat obesity and cancer within Kergstan.

The women of the Bund would like to make special note of her proposal to enforce a 40% quota of positive discrimination in favour of women in all executive boards. Women have long been underrepresented in the highest offices of many national governments and corporate leadership. This quota will right past injustices and promote women's involvement in business, finance, and overall leadership. This feminist initiative is highly commendable.

I was informed that, after some discussions in the Supreme Soviet of Stalliongrad, the majority sided in favor of incumbent President Okja Nerkutoa with a small part also approving candidate Arisha Pole. General Secretary Altidiya Revoltsova confirmed the choice of the session, also showing his approval for the chosen candidate.
Therefore, through my person and my role in this office, I have been asked to communicate to you the decision taken and to observe the progress of the elections.
