XIIth Congress of the
Communist Party of Kergstan
The Congress of the Communist Party is called every 6 years by the National People's Congress to nominate the General Secretary, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kergstan and half of the Central Commission for Discipline and Integrity.
Congress delegates are elected by the members of the Communist Party of Kergstan (261mn) through secret ballot, each district elects the 12 to 18 (depending from the district population) most voted candidates and they will nominate the major representatives of the government and military command.
The XIIth Congress is composed by 6.160 delegates which will express their preferences from October 27th to November 2nd.
Communist and socialist parties are invited to send delegations to deepen relationships with the KPK and to observe the integrity of the system.

Political program
- Reinstate conscription
- Increase military spending to 3.0 % of the GDP
- Create a social credit system for citizens based on their good or bad deeds
- Crackdown on corruption by life imprisonment on corrupt officials, stronger system of financial check and balances.
- Increase Kergstani involvement abroad
- Put in place a stymulus package giving every adult citizen Ŧ 250/per month
- Lower the burdening budget on environmental protection, lower the amount of protected areas from 26 % of the country to 15 %
- Establish a pledge of allegiance in schools and public offices
- Establish half an hour of collective physical exercise before entering work or school.
- Increase the productivity of mining, oil, timber industries

Actual position : Professor of IT at the State University of Nuruk
Former positions : Deputy-Director of the Provincial University of Pashtar-e-Teke, Coordinator of the Pioneers' League of the KPK in Nuruk
Political program
- Increase the automation of the economy
- Lower the average weekly worktime to 32 hours.
- Expand the role of robots in society
- Increase the role of community self-policing and abolish the law enforcement agencies within 12 years.
- Offer Ŧ 10.000 to each university students who ranks in the top 10 % in evaluations.
- Sign a Peace Treaty with Pohnei
- Back out of Ratsirana immediately
- Invest in foreign IT and various companies
Arisha Pole
Actual position : Mayor of Almatar
Former positions : Chief of the District Assembly of Almatar, NGO worker on environment and victims of physical abuse
Political program
- Increase taxes on junk food by 15 % and lower the price of vegetable, fruits and sugar-free nutrient food by 30 %
- Increase taxes on cigarettes and alcohol by 10 % and create stronger programs to fight these two addictions
- Give to any province or first nation the right to secede
- Increase the role of community self-policing and abolish the law enforcement agencies within 5 years.
- Create a comprehensive plan for asylum seekers.
- Relax legislation on religion.
- Reserve 20 % of the NPC seats to associations not aligned with the KPK.
- Invest in foreign IT and various companies
- Set a 40 % minimum mandated rate for female representation of any executive board.
Okja Nerkutoa
Actual position : Incumbent President, Secretary-General of the KPK
Former positions : Chief of the State Dept. of Foreign Affairs, Governor of the Province of Kentaroa

- Create a comprehensive plan to renew transport infrastructure nationwide
- Participate in more sporting and cultural international events
- Build 200.000 new houses to guarantee the a society free of homelessness for the next years too
- Increase humanitarian aid abroad
- Establish a plan to lower the use of plastic by 50 % in 9 years, increase the harvest of canapa.
- Increase the amount of independence of the justice system has from the government.
- Simplify bureaucracy
