The Saralonian troops had now recently just arrived at the stated region of arrival by the government, the troops though are exhausted after such a fast trip, a few are sick due to Saralonia cutting weight for the emergency and fast arrival of the soldiers who will respect the law of the land they are helping liberate the land and revert it back to Insaanistan, most soldiers are firstly busy putting everything in order and organizing themselves while Colonel general Miguel Montoya is ordering some minor advances into the area to secure it, the engineers meanwhile are waiting for their temporal construction supplies to build the first Saralonian structures and since they are there also provide free infrastructure to the civilian population, the plan is to advance further in and eventually also meet with other Insaanistani controlled areas or even militias, but for now, the soldiers are preoccupied unloading equipment both for military and civilian use.

The Sultanate of Insaanistan hereby declares Princess Soraya Khan to be sultana if the Sultanate until the political situation stabilizes and democratic elections are able to be held, given the conditions above:

Princess Soraya shall be recognized as the legitimate ruler of Insaanistan
Princess Soraya shall not attempt to create a lasting sultanate
Princess Soraya be given control over the departments held previously by Mustafa’s administration.
Princess Soraya shall allow all members of Mustafa’s administration that are still alive to return to Insaanistan
Princess Soraya shall not surrender to the illegitimate rebels attempting to claim sovereignty, including by not limited to: the Communist Republic of Insaanistan, the Islamic Republic of Insaanistan and the Shiā Republic of Insaanistan.
The Sultanate of Insaanistan shall be run under the greater rule of the Sultan of Arshanid Deccan
i. Let it be known widely that Princess Soraya proposed this to the Sultan on her own accord and he was reluctant to accept
ii. Let it be known this is not a Deccani plot to take control of Insaanistan
