The Sipah Salar along with 20,000 initial reinforcements reaches Insaanistan controlled Somalia. He is recieved by the Khankhanan, "Assalam Aleykum, Sipah Salar"

"Valeykum Salam", he replies as he fixes his holster to his belt. "Give me a briefing regarding the changes that have happened since the last update you sent me"

The Khankhanan continues to speak of the new "developments" regarding the situation as they headed to the refugee camp where the Deccani Forces were stationed. Upon recieving the breifing of the situation, the Sipah Salar was furious and he slammed his fist on the table, "How could they be so careless! So many innocent lives... Absolutely Unacceptable!". A nearby soldier notices the Sipah Salar's growing displeasure and brings him a cup of water. The Sipah Salar drank the water quicky and then slammed the cup on the table. He pointed at the Khankhanan, "Contact the commander in chief of the Antarcticans, the Prince-Regent of Sharifistan and the leader of Shia Insaanistan. We will commence a meeting in order to set things straight at once, before the matter gets completely out of hand."

"Yes sir, but what will be the location of the meeting?", the Khankhanan asked

"It must be a neutral territory where neither of the fighting factions have power... We can't hold it here it is too dangerous. Ask the leaders to come to Hyderabad in Deccan. The Sultan will handle it... I will telegram him"

"As you command, Sipah Salar", The Khankhanan replied.

The Sultan of Deccan invites the following leaders to the Royal Palace of Falaknuma in Hyderabad, Arshanid Deccan to discuss matters of politics and military affairs regarding the recent developments in the Insaani Civil War. As members of the Coalition, the Sultan stresses the importance of cooperation and thus calls for a meeting among the leaders in a safe and neutral location. The leaders are free to take the security measures they seem appropriate, Deccan will also provide security to the guests. If the leaders are unavailable to attend, the Sultan will accept competent and able representatives. The Sultan requests that the leaders repond as soon as they can.

"I will dispatch my men under Khankhanan right away", the Sipah Salar says as he looks towards the Khankhanan signalling him to prepare the forces.

Meanwhile in Arshanid Deccan. A car followed escorted by 4 motorcycles pulls up in front of Bashir and Soraya's residence in Hyderabad. The motorcyclists get off and open the door of the car. The Sultan steps out and walks over to the door of the house. He turns and looks at his guards and signals them to stay put. He knocks the door...

Soraya opened the door.
“Khoda! Sultan!” she bowed her head a little and raised her cupped right head to in front of her forehead. “Adaab arz hai.” she said.
“‘Sup,” said Bashir next to her. Soraya stomped on his foor. “Oh, my bad! Salamalaikum.”
“Please, come in,” Soraya said.

[Arshanid Deccan]

Soraya opened the door.
“Khoda! Sultan!” she bowed her head a little and raised her cupped right head to in front of her forehead. “Adaab arz hai.” she said.
“‘Sup,” said Bashir next to her. Soraya stomped on his foor. “Oh, my bad! Salamalaikum.”
“Please, come in,” Soraya said.

The Sultan also bowed and put his hand on his chest, "Valeykum Salaam, Valeykum Salaam", he said as he walked in to the house. "Forgive me for not alerting you before I came. I did not want you to trouble yourself with making preparations"
