Chief of military operations in Ratsirana: Colonel John A. Conrad is the field officer in charge of all forces deployed to Ratsirana.
Side to support: RNLA-MA initially, though they are just part of a larger plan to gain access to Ratsirana's resources and the formation of the nation into a sort of puppet state.
Type of support: Direct military support as well as the supply of modern weapons and equipment.
Amount of personnel and equipment: The 47th Brigade of the Mercatusian Marine Corps consisting of 6,000 Marines, armed with many heavy weapons for their use as well as use by the RNLA-MA, as well as a surplus of small arms for the same reason. 250 APCs and 100 tanks will be brought over, with 50 APCs and 25 tanks to be allocated for use by the rebels. A wing of 20 5th-generation fighter planes plus one wing commander, 5 long-range bomber planes, 30 UAVs, and 35 helicopters make up the aircraft being deployed to Ratsirana.
Notes: The RNLA-MA will receive training from Mercatusian troops during the duration of the conflict with the Ratsiranan government.

Notes MGE has taken note of the assassination of the previous leader of RNLA-MA by its right hand man. The time has come for the empire to fix what North Desrenkov has failed to do. The empire hates human rights violation so once present in force you can expect them to start reeducation the RNLA-MA. It will be painful for them.

Gebeta knows me. We rped a lot in the past. My intention is to force the two sides to talk by force if needed. I have a few characters to take care of considering the previous civil war. The empire will not shy away from punishing the RNLA-MA for war crimes as well as training their forces. As you can see from the composition of forces the empire aim will be to Pulverize all opposition from the air and the amount of artillery is there to make any attempt to take over the airbase (my guess Katima airport) be very very very bloody.
Few considerations from me:
- Either side forces are used to antiquated weapons. So morale will be low. Not to mention the modern MBT and planes that will be deployed. My guess is that RNLA-MA units will be petrified by the presence of the imperial units. After a few standoffs i doubt they will be bloodthirsty any more.
- Some of the traitors from the previous civil war i guess are alive and well. They will have visitors from the empire if Ratsirana agrees.
- Considering the situation in the country and poor infrastructure interdiction of supply lines will be easy. Also it will make mass movement of forces tricky and easy to spot. My units are especially affected by this.
- Katima airport was fortified by ND units during the previous war. If i get it i plan to strengthen those fortifications as well as add new ones. The airport will be covered by Patriot 2 and SAM 600 AA units.
- Katima airport has 2 runways (the original one and the one ND build during the previous Rp). I will look to add a new one as well taking it to a total of 3 runways.
- My units will be supplied daily from the empire using a mass airlift. The airlift will be escorted by F 22 raptors as well as the present F 15 in Katima city
- In retrospect of the imperial artillery:
155 mm howitzer. Capable of firing Rocket Assisted shells as well as normal shells. Range of the Rocket assisted shells is 90 KM while the standard shells have a 55-60 km radius. That is the killing field of the artillery.
- Difference between the F 16 and F 15 is that the F 16 is multirole ( you can expect them to move in to interdict certain targets) while the F 15 is an air superiority fighter.
