Synopsis:

In the aftermath of the Kyundao-Kamilistan War, there is an uneasy and fragile peace. While the various parties involved try to regain some sense of normalcy, a vengeful terrorist from Blackacre is hellbent on shattering everything and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. That terrorist is Gossen and in recent years he has attracted the unwanted attention of the Anagonian army.

An interesting idea for sure, I may write an application under one of my alts, unless i can figure out a way to get MT on this Nation. I assume that it is a national focus, rather then character driven?

As long as you have at least one MT-PMT alt, you can write an application.

I don't see any application form, however due to our corraspondances ICly in the war thread I think it might be interesting if I'm involved. I know I'm very busy otherwise with my work, and I apologize for that, but I'd be very intriqued to see where the stand-off between our forces pans out in the future.

I'm a little hesitant considering this alt of yours is based on the Soviet Union, but accepted nonetheless. For the sake of realism, I'm bumping your military down to 25 million active duty troops and 75 million reserve troops.

Just as a point is a reduction to 100 million total personnel here and 160 million for the chap above, not still somewhat on the unrealistic side?

Seeing as I orignally listed the numbers at a total of 1,000,000,000 or One Billion, I think a total of 100 million should be alright, especially when its PMT for myself and a limit of 25,000,000 active troops.

25 million active duty personnel is still an absolutely crippling number though. It’s akin to the Red Army at its height during the Second World War. I’m not saying you can’t have those numbers, obviously the Soviets did it. Only that, PMT or not, it would be incredibly difficult for a nation to field a force of that size without having it’s population and economy geared solely towards war production - unless said populace or economy was hilariously massive. Like, tens of billions of people massive.

Either way, I’m not complaining. Just my two cents

I generally do not try to use my force numbers to my advantage. I have those numbers relative to my nation in case of all out world war, however in engagements and - I presume - intriques such as this I would only use a small force. If you'd permit I'll continue under those lines. I don't anticipate I'll have full force engagement here, unless that's what you're planning?

Either way, you're the OP. I'll do my best to keep it sensible.

edit:

I think I see what your concern was, the disparity between active and reserve. The reason for that is that every citizen is required to take a mandatory 4-year military service term. The active was created as it was to reflect that, though it may need updating. Either way, as I said, you're the OP.
